Inconsistent sizing
I bought two different style bras from Boody, both size S, and one of them is 3.5 inches wider than the other one! The tighter one is tight enough but the cups are so small that it is unwearable, and the other one is so wide that it doesn't provide any support at all. Their products are definitely geared towards women with small boobs, without much stretch for in between sizes. Very disappointed about the inconsistent sizing of the bras. Quality control needs to step up.

Full bust bamboo bra unsuitable for mature ( 68 yr old) boobs.
Disappointed with the full bust bamboo wireless bra. While it is comfortable, my full C cup old boobs are squashed into a unaboob shape, with their position being just as low as if braless. I would not advise it for old boobs. I have increased my score from 3 to 4 because I did get a refund and later a refund of the charge the company made for returns.
Take note:When I made my order, A charge appeared in the cart, for insurance against having to return the item. It was between 3 and 4 dollars. I did not want to pay insurance for returns when I felt confident the bra would fit me like it did the models in the photos, so I took it off.
When I made my return,which was an easy process, with the help if the AI assistant, I found I had to pay a returns fee of over $10.
So you are stuck with paying a small fee for a possible return when you buy the item or a bigger fee if you do need to return it and have not purchased the insurance.
As I said,I did manage to get the returns fee reimbursed, so I am happy overall.

We just wanted to gently clarify one point: trying a bra on to assess the fit does not make it ineligible for return.
At Boody, bras are not classified as intimates, and they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached and returned in undamaged packaging.
We’ve been in touch with you directly via email to confirm this and to help you get started with a return or exchange, as we’d really love the opportunity to make this right.
Based on your feedback, we’ve also suggested an alternative style that offers more separation and shaping, which may be a better fit for what you’re looking for.

Soft but not sure about durability
Nice soft material, feels very comfy to wear. But: inner seam in the leggings is quite thick and a bit uncomfortable. Still good for the price (sale). I have some concern how durable these products are; my briefs are worn twice and show a rough spot already. Bamboo fibers is a good substitute for other materials but it takes a lot of chemical processing to extract the fiber is what I read afterwards

Wireless Full Bust T-Shirt Bras
I purchased a bunch of the Wireless Full Bust T-Shirt Bras. They are very comfortable, no doubt about that. However they don’t offer good support! The pads inside of these bras move around once you’ve washed them. It would be a better idea to sew them into place, they’re hard to readjust. I’m really disappointed. These aren’t for a D cup as they claim. I have had them less than 6 weeks and don’t recommend them for a full bust. They can be my at home bras. I spent a total of $265.40 :( I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying two bras and seeing how it goes over a series of weeks, that way you won’t be so out of pocket. Oh and one of the straps completely came undone!!!! So they have been sewed up (every single bra) so that this doesn’t happen again. Also the squeaky noises the bras make are awful, please fix this.

We’re really glad to hear you’ve found our Wireless Full Bust T-Shirt Bra comfortable, though we’re sorry to learn it didn’t deliver the level of support you were hoping for.
While the pads are sewn in at the base of the cup, we weren’t able to stitch them all the way around, as this impacted the comfort and flexibility our community loves about our fabrics. That said, based on valuable feedback like yours, our Design Team has made updates to help keep the inserts more securely in place. The new version will feature multiple stitch points along the band to reduce movement and small side openings to make it easier to realign the pads after washing. These improvements are now beginning to roll out across colourways.
In the meantime, we recommend gently stretching the underbust band after washing and laying the bra flat to dry; this helps the padding settle back into place.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially given your investment, and we’ll be sure to pass your comments along to our team for continued improvement.

Comfortable by whyy removable padding
The material is super soft, the undies fit great and are very comfortable. The bras are comfortable too and also a good fit however I HATE that all bra manufacturers have removable pads that get completely twisted and moved around in the wash. The worst part os these don't even have the little hole to readjust or remove them making it almost unwearable after the first wash. I eventually managed to get the pads looking half way decent but I wish brands would just sew in proper padding to their bras

Overall products were usually good but not this time
Overall products were usual good quality. However, I have now tried one pair of padded bra which were a disaster - padding puckered up while wearing and there is now easy access to the padding, hence difficult to correct placement. Have not tried the other bra like this but assume will be the same. Great disappointment.

The updated design now features inserts sewn in more securely at multiple points at the bottom to reduce movement, along with side openings to help realign the inserts after washing.
This update has been applied to Bras from our September 2024 production onwards.
Our Design Team also recommends that, after washing, gently stretching the bra along the underbust band can help the padding settle back into place. Laying the bra flat to dry is also advised.
The inserts are sewn in only at the bottom to allow for four-way stretch, which provides the necessary flexibility and support in padded bras—something that wouldn’t be possible if the inserts were fully stitched in.

Crying shame
The bras for larger sizes are comfortable but the inner cup lining constantly gets scrunched up after washing. At first I thought, oh well at least they're comfortable, but now after a few wears and washers dealing with the bra lining cup I feel like crying in frustration. So the brand now makes me want to cry.
