No customer service

I have placed a delivery a week ago and paid for express shipping. I was supposed to receive my parcel on May 6. I have no updates regarding my parcel and impossible to reach someone from client service, only AI. And the robot is now telling me that my order will be received by May 22 and if not to consider my parcel lost. I have put this order in advance for an upcoming trip. I would not encourage anyone to buy on Boohoo, they do not hate about their customers.

Absolutely disgusting customer…

Absolutely discussed in customer service tell you that they're gonna get back to you I been waiting 5 days and they still haven't got back at me. Be careful with your refund. If you re ordering multiple items they don't give the correct reform unless you catch them and even then. We ll keep telling you we re investigating the matter and they still don't so try to report it to higher up authority chase boohoo.

Desperate sales strategy...too much hassle!

I didn't like company's sales/marketing approach, so I don't trust them anymore. Last order for me. Staying with my trusted asos.

1) placed an order at 50% discount and 5 minutes after placing the order, I received an promotional email that now they have 60% on all items! So I lost 15 euros within 5 mins of placing order... I know company is desperate to push sales but like this you're pushing away customers as well. Or atleast be smart about it, remove customers who have just placed order from this promotional email... otherwise customer will feel cheated. First time when it happened to me (20 euro difference), I ignored it and thought bad luck but when it happened 2nd time... I think it's just too much..too desperate to push sales.

2) Way too many promotional emails and promotional discounts. I unsubscribed, not a biggie... but I like asos approach, few promotional emails but they stick to it... you won't get a surprise 2 hours later!

3) Invoice price doesn't match price on the delivery package. No matter how you justify you calculate your price, for me, it's basic that the price on the invoice should match price on delivery package. This is a sign of trust. Otherwise it is hard follow through on reimbursement..

Anyway, overall I felt that the company has a very desperate approach. I would rather pay more and have a peace of mind than to feel cheated 10 minutes after placing my order.

Last but not the least, they delivered half of my order 3 cities far (10km..) from my city.. (relais colis was closed etc). Too much hassle with boohoo.

No problems in clothes quality though. All was OK.

Orders have not been received!

Hi, this is Deb, and I am following up on some items that I have not yet received. Can someone help me out with this?

Order # NA107846658 - Order placed on March 26th
Order # NA107892930 - Order placed on April 4th.
Order # NA107913838 - Order placed on April 6th.
Order # NA107981164 - Order placed on April 10th.
Order # NA107981051 - Order placed on April 10th.
Order # NA107981042 - Order placed on April 10th.

As you can see above, these are the six orders I have not gotten, and one of my orders was placed on March 26th. I want to know when I will get that order? We are still in April so I am perplexed why this item has not yet arrived.
