THE ISSUE IS NOT WITH KLARNA IT IS WITH BOOHOO I SPOKE TO KLARNA TWICE OVER THE PHONE AS THEY HAVE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GAS LIGHTED ONLINE CUSTOMER SEEVICE CHATS AND IGNORED EMAILA! SO STOP SAYING ITS WIRB KLARNA IT IS NOT, I provided proof of all my items being returned but boohoo has to scam innocent customers in order to make money! I WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

IGNORE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS THEYRE FAKE AND DONE BY BOOHOO TEAM! I DID REACH OUT TO KLARNA THEYRE SAYING TO GO TO YOU! I returned all items, you recieved all items and balance showing outstanding to pay?!

disgraceful service, I just spent 45 mins on the virtual chat asking why I have a £30.45 outstanding balance as I returned all items in order and the assistant checked all items were returned and can’t help as it’s over a month old and SHUT THE CHAT?! I couldn’t even reply just leave a view!

What do I do with the outstanding balance?! Who pays for it?! The customer who didn’t keep any item, I don’t understand the logic.

I will never shop there again!

Boohooman blocked me instead of sending my refund. It is so unbelievable and childish that…

It is so unbelievable and childish that Boohooman would block me from being able to send emails to them to make complaints about the unpleasant and fraudulent treatment i have been subjected to after I had returned 7 items in the order number:MUK116264978 but got refund for 6. The Return ID is:BM001-1-MUK116264978, and package was returned via Evri on 15th October, 2023 with the printed return receipt put inside the package while label was pasted on the return package as instructed.

I can now conclude that Boohooman
are very persistent and intentional in devicing a way to defraud unsuspecting customers innocently coming to shop with them (Boohooman mobile app) and victimising their customers who dare to speak up to challenge them after experiencing ill-treatment from Boohooman through some of their unprofessional customer service assistants (with the exception of Jack who swiftly give a professional support here on trust pilot to assist customers seek redress to unresolved complaints) after my email have been block so I would not be able to privately reach the team by email to inquire the reason for not getting refund for the item with details: (Long Sleeve Baby Blue Check Shirt, product code:BMM55602-124-56, Colour: Ecru, Size:M, Price: £12.60, Return Reason:Doesn't suit me included in the package with the other 6 items with Return ID:BM001-1-MUK116264978).

It baffles me how a company who supposedly genuinely wants to do business and make profit would engage in anticustomers practices which are counterproductive to its business goal of serving customers by meeting their needs by supplying quality products/services, thereby making profits would be so insensitive as to breech/puncture customers' trust and faith in them.

What an unbelievable and shameful way to treat your customers Boohooman.

I had concluded I was going to pull down my earlier review on the same order if I got a satisfactory resolution on it, but your latest action have further make me lose faith and trust in your sincerely in attending to your customers.

It's so good that we have Trust Pilot as a dependable ally.

Shocking customer care and service

Shocking customer service, items arrived and where so long I needed to return. 2 weeks later I finally get notification that they have been received and refund on its way. Waited another week and only one payment through minus 1.99 for the return postage. Arguing with me that they have definitely refunded the other amount and it’s my banks fault. Bank confirmed no refund for the other amount and when I notified them, no apology just a admittance of error and I would need to wait another 5 working days for them to investigate! Shocking!!

Beyond a joke, one thing after another.

I Bought a top about 6 week ago, it was sent to an old address, I had to wait for the courier to have 3 failed attempts at delivery before I got a refund. I told boohoo my current address and was told it would be sent straight back out to me. They deal with complaints only over social media, I had a different person message me each time. When they received my top they then sent it back out to my old address....2 more times!!! So went through all the same process again of dealing with different people who clearly wasn't reading previous messages so they can deal with the issue properly by knowing what actually was going on. Anyway coming up to 4 weeks later when they received the top I re paid for it and paid for next day delivery. Didn't appear again!
I was then given a voucher code so that I could have next day delivery next time I made a purchase to make up for the money I lost.
I was also sent a voucher for £10 as a good will gesture as I was getting annoyed speaking to about 80 people at this point, who felt it was appropriate to call me babes, Darls, sweet, hunny.
The voucher came , couldn't be activated as it was In dollars. So again back to social media , back to speaking to someone who had no idea of all the previous trouble.
I received another voucher I was told I could use the voucher and my next day delivery together ( bearing in mind I paid for the delivery in the first place) .
Went to by the top I bought 6 weeks ago and a few more bits, went to check out. Entered my next day delivery. Entered my gift voucher. ...BOTH discounts were removed from my order total. Proceeding to pay. Both discounts still taken off. Payment was authorised. Both discounts confirmed to be taken off. 10minutes later I had a confirmation email and it was £10 more than it should of been.
Back to Facebook. Back to talking to someone completely different . Back to being called babes and that I was confused as they couldn't be used together.
I wasn't confused because I was told they could be as I originally paid delivery. And the website confirmed the price with discounts before and after payment. So 6 weeks later. No items, p***d off and out of pocket.
I've wrote this review because they kept sending me the link to this page to tell you all how well they have dealt with the situation....not well at all!!!!
