Ordered 21/10/25. Still not delivered.
No tracking or further info received.
I checked the "track my order" section and An Post have only received "info" today the 2/11/25 meaning they still don't have my order!! Any attempt to get "customer service" leads you to an AI bot on WhatsApp that does not accept images. There is NO human customer service as they claim in their reply.
Never had this issue with main Boohoo. Items always delivered within 2-4 days.
UPDATE: 8/11/25
I have opened my package and THERE'S A PIECE MISSING. I bought matching tracksuits for myself and my partner. His hoodie is missing. Never again will I use BoohooMAN.

This is my second review pertaining to my response from BoohooMan
I contacted Boohooaman customer service approximately 18 times on WhatsApp and 5 times vis their response on email. AND STILL no refund they repeat the same info and are not actually reading whst I have written i asked specifically for a cash refund and still they write back talking about a gift
Certificates. I have never come across a company as disrespectful as this never had any issues with refunds before until now..
