Christmas box in February

I signed up on 3rd of February, and my first bix was delivered on 13th of February. It was a good mix of books, however the activities where Christmas themed. Considering it is meant to be a monthly box, they clearly just sent me what they had left over from two months prior. My kid was very confused.

Edited to add that I forgot to mention that it is delivered in a thin cardboard box with a white sticker with the child's name written in black stuck on the front. Nothing to get excited about

Two payments taken and no books…

Two payments taken and no books received. I’ve requested a refund but don’t even know if the request has gone through as the contact form just refreshes when you press submit. Very poor.

Avoid this terrible company

Avoid this terrible company. They ignore your request for refund when they charge you incorrectly and just hope that you’ll forget about it. They ignore all communication and charge your card without consent when you’re trying to use a gift voucher. Awful awful awful.

"Always here to help" lie

1 star due to customer care.
The idea is brilliant but the reality is far from.
I have been contacting customer service since October 2023 and am still being ignored. My query was simple, how long was left on the subscription which was gifted to us, when does it expire so I can monitor it.
There is absolutely no information under my account and no way to track what is going on.
I have sent various emails and facebook messages and all have been ignored.

Totally ignored and refund unpaid

Shame there isn't a no star review!

I was at my granddaughter’s home on her birthday to see her first book arrive – when I remember the excitement our older granddaughter showed when the post came in – this was the biggest anti-climax – a sticker, which says her name on the back of the package really doesn’t cut it – and other than the book, nothing inside to get her motivated. She was pleased with the book but no real reason to get enthusiastic.

What I have asked for is a refund of my money. I have paid £6.99 once and £62 twice because the website wasn’t working properly! Instagram and Facebook have been inactive for some time now – I am unsurprised. I have had all my e-mails ignored, although asked for feedback ? The service provided to me is appalling.

All I want is an agreed subscription. I was prepared to enjoy 6 months and had hoped I would receive a refund of the second £62. Instead I have been just ignored, no courtesy shown with a response.
