Good communication, fair prices

Vash fixed my Acer laptop after it kept crashing. He was very professional and responsive and kept me in the loop about any works to my laptop. He came across as very trustworthy and experienced. Will definitely use Bookatechy in the future.

Fantastic service! Vash came and collected the laptop, and was able to figure out the problem and resolve it in record time. Vash delivered back the laptop and its working a charm. Literally, will not use anyone else, other than Vash herein.

I used Bookatechy because I was fed up of scrolling through hundreds if choices to find the right mobile phone and contract for myself. Bookatechy is definitely recommended in my books. My gaming laptop was faulty and I came across bookatechy's website after being quoted heavy prices from laptop dealer's plus manufacturers.

Vash paid me a visit at my home - Yes - my home and who does that in today's day and age?

My laptop was taken away and after that I was updated with real time updates on the stages of the diagnostic tests and repairs carried out. This job was carried out through to its closure and in all honesty, Bookatechy went beyond my expectations.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Very pleased.

Really good service. Call Vash and he come same day with time slot. He had fixed my printer to my computer as my WiFi wasn’t connecting to it. I also couldn’t print and he fixed that too. I was low on ink so he showed me which one to order and told me to call him if I couldn’t install it. I did install but printer needed cleaning and call him and he can again to sort it out. Now my printer is working perfectly. Really do recommend him. Thank you. 👍🏼
