From the first moment we connected with Bookatrekking until the end of our journey, your team was amazing.
The service was highly professional, and your responses were always quick and helpful. The trek was very well planned, the application worked perfectly, and the orientation process was clear and easy to follow.
I will definitely recommend your services to my friends, and I look forward to booking my future treks with you as well.
Thank you very much for everything. It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to work with your team.

I am so glad I used Bookatrekking to organise the logistics of my TMB trek. I was anxious before I started the trek, thinking I should have booked on a guided tour so that I would be walking with an experienced guide who knew the trail and the accommodations well, and that I would be in a group rather than walking as an individual. Bookatrekking were very proactive leading up to the trip, sending out videos on all aspects of the trek, with updates on packing lists, good weather apps, and how to deal with unfavourable conditions. Their app is excellent and its navigation feature is brilliant. Cannot get lost ! The trek would have to be one of the most social and friendly walks you can do anywhere. There are so many people from all over the world who are there to enjoy the beauty and splendour of the alps. So never felt alone. I spoke with some people who spent over a day trying to book refuges, and who had to reroute their trek to fit in with their accommodations. So I cannot rate Bookatrekking highly enough.

We had an amazing trek in the Dolomites! Each day on the trails offered new landscapes and (fun) challenges, and the huts were all unique with extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. The navigation on the Bookatrekking app was easy to use and stress-free. I would happily book another trek through Bookatrekking. Thank you!

Great service and fantastic trip. Would have been great to have all rifugios & water sources detailed in itinerary to make planning each day a little easier. Tricky to see on provided map, had to use additional sources to verify.

The Application is very detailed and helpful. All is in one place and accessible without internet. Zero difficulties with accommodations. Communications with Bookatrekking team [required once for change enquiry] was super smooth and clear.
All ready looking at my next adventure. love this format - thank you

I’m very pleased with every part of the process, from booking to the actual hike. The accommodations and services that were provided were excellent! I’ve already recommended you to other hikers!

We had a wonderful trip to the Adlerweg in Austria. Communications with Bookatrekking with easy and clear. And all arrangements were very straightforward, requiring minimal work on our part.
While the map app was super, super helpful, we would have appreciated more detail about the trek itself. The very brief sentence/paragraph descriptions didn't really capture the different stages well. And there were a couple of sections of the hike that were unexpectedly difficult - perhaps better paths had been recently disrupted by eroding rocks? Overall though, a fabulous time, and we would book with you again.

The scenery was beautiful. Some of the refugi’s had challenging aspects- the soap containers to wash your hands ran out of soap, to few toliets (2 for 50 people in the morning isnt enough) Refugi del Estany Llong stood out. There are too many beds hence people for the site. Dinner was awkward with them sitting late arrivals with folks who were on time at a crowed table, the packs are tightly hung so it is difficult to get into them, the lunch was 3 tortillas one with nutella, one with a slice of salami and one with slice of cheese. No condiments or flavor. The other picnics were much better some great.

Definitely worth using Bookatrekking. Everything went exactly as planned and described, the navigation app was totally reliable, and the hikes were really spectacular. There are some topics specific to each refugio that would be helpful to know more about in advance, but are not included in Bookatrekking's materials. For example, it turned out we did not need to bring shower shoes, Hüttenschuhe (all the refugi provided Crocs for guests to use), or water filtration/purification solutions for any of our 3 refugi. So Bookatrekking's packing advice was safe and conservative in general, but could be improved by being more accurate for specific treks.

Brenta (dolomite) 4 day hut to hut trek was the fantastic - all accommodation, breakfast and dinner sorted by them so no organising with each refugia (totally possible to do this yourself if you have the time/energy, we were a busy unorganised group :-) ) all super easy, stunning trails good difficulty, huts for lunch en route, easy app for nav and prep. The Italian food was gorgeous, unexpected range of choices for secluded mountain huts! It was so lovely to hang out with everyone else in the refugia, many doing the same routes.
Also - Brenta is so dramatic and more off the beaten path, less insta/tiktok than other areas of the dolomites that have surged in popularity.
Bloody amazing. 10/10

It was nice to have everything arranged, no stress just holiday.
There was a small hiccup with the ski lift opening season on the last day. This issue was handled sufficiently by Bookatrekking and we feel heard.
The route we did was described as family friendly and beginner. This is what we experienced as well. Day two is one of the tougher days though.
The first two accommodations are really nice mountain huts, that was great and as we expected. However the third accommodation was a hotel. In our opinion this did not fit in our image of a hut to hut trekking. It was nice to have the luxury of a hotel room though.

- Short Alta Via 1 (4 days; with hotel before and after trekking in Cortina): booking process (hotels, huts) was flawless;
- We really liked the navigation tool;
- We appreciated the extensive communication (mails). They helped to properly prepare for the trekking. The content of the mails also reflected a deep understanding of 'matters to take into account' and radiated passion and respect for the mountains;
- We felt that the services and information offered by Bookatrekking fully justified the price to be paid.

My hotel was changed without notifying me (or correcting it in the app). I had booked an extra night at the beginning, so moving hotels was a hassle I didn’t plan for. Also the new hotel was unacceptable. No a/c in the midst of a heat wave just didn’t work for me. Because of this I booked a different hotel at my own expense for the end of the trip.
Also, the mileage estimates on the app were WAY off, resulting in my running out of water a couple of miles short on both day 1 & 2.
Day 1: app said 7.6 miles, I had 11.5, including the extra distance I had to walk from my new hotel.
Day 2: app 7.7, actual 10.0
Day 3: app 8.5, actual 11.9 (not including extra mileage back to hotel)

The App was great, but the planned days & accomodations were not. This was my first time using a service like Bookatrekking, and I think it'll likely be my last after having a pretty negative experience. I didn't contest any of the travel plans assembled for the TMB, but after experiencing it, I wish I had.
Auberge du Truc doesn't have showers (not advertised) and refused to provide dinner beyond soup and bread for two members of our group since they were delayed in their arrival due to assisting a struggling hiker (I get that 8pm isn't dinner time but the lack of understanding / empathy was defeating). Hotel Base Camp was fine, but it's quite a separate experience from the rest of the journey having to descend into Bourg Saint Maurice to stay at a crowded hotel. Dinner wasn't until 20:00, and we weren't served until 21:30. Once again, I get that it's crowded, but one dish was raw and the other was not what was ordered. With breakfast at 6:00 and departure at 6:45, we felt like we had to race to try and get adequate sleep for the third day of walking (we did not - rooms are stifling hot in the summer).
Rifugio Elisabetta was great, but it was followed by Gite Le Radonneur, which sits above Courmayeur in the midst of a construction zone during the summer, resulting in excessive noise and signficant dust making for an altogether unappealing experience. So much so, that I decided to end my duration on the TMB a day ahead of schedule and walk down to Courmayeur rather than sticking around in the dust and noise for another night.
In the end, I just wished that I had planned the trip instead of paying for this company to do it. Perhaps the experience would've been the same, but at least I would've only been able to blame myself for how it turned out.

Trek was well organized with clear instructions. It was financially a good deal too.

Fantastic communication with the team. The App really made everything easy to follow. Day 2 was a very long hard day and we met other hikers that had the same walker but split over 4 days instead of 3.
