Big Sky Vacation Rentals were wonderful to rent from. The house we rented was exactly like the description and pictures. The staff was a phone call away and they sent all sorts of information before we arrived and had information on hand at the house for easy access. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure you are all set, as well as having recommendations for whatever you are looking to do or see during your stay. I’ll rent from them again when we come back!

It was wonderful, but we did not go during ski season. We loved the cozy cabin and would recommend staying there. (We wanted a cabin in the mtns while we visited Yellowstone.)

We have used BSVR 5 or 6 times over the past 4 years. Service has always been top notch and the properties have all been amazing.

We will continue to use them until we buy a place in Big Sky.

The best Property Management group in Big Sky! Very personal attention throughout your reservation and stay. Added touches to rental units and check-in that elevate them above other rental groups or PM's.

Had an excellent stay. They were extremely quick to respond to and/or fix any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Had a nifty tablet in the unit for quick communication!

Home was amazing! Had all the conveniences of a hotel and all the comforts of a home. Spacious floorplan, 3 families very comfortable and felt like had own private spaces. Basement an amazing hangout for the kids. Loved the large dining room table that easily fit all 11 of us. Hot tub emptied weekly. Bathrooms spotless. No A/C was not a problem during the summer and home stayed nice and cool. Scenic views were amazing. Staff was great and responded to our minor requests very quickly.

Big Sky Vacation Rentals was a very responsive rental agency. The booking process was smooth, and each human interaction with the company was pleasant. During our stay, all maintenance concerns were addressed in a timely manner with proper follow up.

The company provides generous amounts of laundry detergent, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The only suggestion is to provide one coffee pouch (enough to make one pot of coffee) to the list of provisions.

The rental came with a tablet that allowed the renter to check in and email the office with any questions and maintenance items (including pictures) during the stay. Although this was convenient, I posed the question to the owner of Big Sky Vacation Rentals about their privacy policy as I felt the tablet could be used to "monitor" their guests. Although no privacy policy has been provided to me as of the time of this review, the owner reached out to me personally to discuss my concerns (this was a true indication to me that the rental agency is responsive to its customer's feedback).

Couldn't ask for a better location and views. Cute log cabin with front porch, hot tub and one step onto the ski hill. Loved our stay!
