The location was great. The Big Sky staff was amazing. However, the condo furniture probably hasn’t been updated in 20 years, and the bedroom with the hot tub was unusable, because the chlorine smell was so strong. Fortunately, a member of our group had to drop out, so nobody slept there.

Great property! All the needed amenities were provided. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

The company was really efficient and made the whole process very easy. I was most impressed with facility maintenance both pre-check-in (clearly just-cleaned hot tub) and during our stay (including restocking our supplies, e.g. firewood, as needed and shoveling the deck). They seem to have a system down that works. Just FYI they've offered a small, $5 gift card as a thanks for the review, but that's upon completion and not based on the star rating. That said, would've given them a 5 anyway.

Stayed in a brand new complex at Big Sky in the Winter of 2018. It was so new the houses nearby were still under construction so we got a discount.

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for our large family group. We were met shortly after arrival by an agent from the rental company who showed us the features of the house and gave us some tips about the slopes.

Would definitely rent from this company again.

Efficient, professional, most of all great lodgings that were ski in ski out

I have used Big Sky Vacation Rentals more than 6 times over the course of 5 years. The BSVR agents maintain excellent communication and have always come through with PERFECT accommodations no matter what size group is coming.

Good selection of properties with lots of detailed information on each including availability and cost in real time online. Very good communication before and during the rental process and during our stay. All of the properties we have rented have been very clean and well maintained. The kitchens have all the equipment and supplies to make pretty much any meal you would imagine, even for a crowd.

Unit had no insulation between rooms - could hear noise everywhere. Steep stairs going to basement - hazard for little kids.

A great experience from start to finish! I’ve used this company twice and will use them again in the near future!

I had a great experience with Big Sky rentals! The people were very helpful and accommodating of short notice needs. The cabin was beautiful, well stocked, and perfect for our snow trip!

SO HELPFUL! Before our trip they reached out to me to make sure I had codes to get in, directions, and any other questions I might have. Whenever I needed to get ahold of them during the trip, they were very responsive and handled everything immediately. I would 100% recommended renting with them!
