Used Bookblock to order a gift box for a colleagues birthday - loads of choice on fillers so we could tailor it for her, beautifully presented and a wonderful gift. I will definitely be using them again.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Bookblock. I ordered a box of chocolates and the box came damaged. Upon opening, there was only one piece of chocolate sitting in the box (there should be four) - the chocolate had been eaten before delivered to us. Absolutely appalling. Please avoid at all cost.

Absolutely love your service, the gifts are fantastic and I love the points system. However I've done three orders now and they've all taken a lot longer to arrive than anticipated. If this could be sorted the service would be 5 stars.

I'm newly engaged and was looking for a place to get some samples of wedding invites and thank you cards etc for inspiration and bookblock was one of the places I ordered from. Not only was the delivery super fast the packaging was so stunning and I could tell instantly that it was put together with care. There was even an amazing freebie (wedding planner) that made me cry! It's the best planner I've ever seen and now I take it everywhere with me. I will definitely be using bookblock in the future! All the samples were super high quality and really gorgeous designs.

Really easy and efficient. Broad range of choice. I like that you can create personalised boxes - it really elevates gift giving!

Some lovely cards, which were delivered promptly. They are good quality and came in lovely packaging. I hope they continue to grow the card options!

Great service and great quality cards which arrived quickly

I bought a Bookblock gift for my mum’s birthday and was really impressed with the whole process. The gift options were really considered and it was easy to pull together a beautiful box. She absolutely loved it and I’d definitely use the service again. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps better tracking info as I was a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive in time - it did, but it would have been helpful to be able to check.

Such a great idea! I buy enough cards, so putting it on a subscription just works out great financially, I also get the gorgeous cards and support the artists too!

Beautiful packaging, delivery on time and great customer service. The gifts look very high end and there is a range to suit every budget and receipient.

I've purchased many gift boxes for friends' birthdays, and they've always been really happy with their gifts.I had one box which was delivered late, but this was in the Christmas period, and once I raised my concern they were quick to deliver and offered refund on my delivery. Customer service is really good and the rewards scheme is brilliant! I will keep using Bookblock as it's such a good idea to create really lovely, bespoke gifts.

Card and flowers were both stunning and wife really appreciated them. The concept of the box was a bit odd though as it gets shipped in the presentation box but you have to damage it to open it on arrival - as it was a gift I wanted to make sure it was all ok before giving it to my wife.

Amazing service!! wanted to send my friend a package all the way from Pakistan and most UK websites were having issues accepting my online payment but the process was seamless with bookblock! the parcel arrived two days early in proper packaging and i was in the loop throughout. Highly recommend!!!

My sister in Australia attempted to surprise me here in UK by ordering a christmas gift/hamper via bookblock but it's yet to arrive.

She attempted to enquire status of her order but never obtained responses and due to the timezone difference, has given up.

Disappointing that the christmas cheer my sister attempted to send me has been tarnished

I have never used bookblock before and I will not be using it again.
I found this website thought it was a great idea. I had been searching for a present for a friend and ordered a box thinking it was a great idea.
Ordering the box 10 days ago it has been estimated to arrive on the 31st. Having not received it on the 31st I checked the order status to see it was still : processing .
I Have sent an email to the contact email provided 3 days ago and still not received a reply. I then proceeded to contact the chat box and waited 2 hours for a reply before giving up.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service as well was the length of delivery. My friend is leaving on the 5th and having still not received her gift.
I looked forward to becoming a regular on bookblock that. will now be reconcidering.
