As an innocent abroad with composing my memoires and unsure how to proceed to printing I was so glad I chose Bookempire with Jenny, Dean and the team to guide me through the process. Nothing was too much for them as I went from manuscript to finished article. The book is everything I wanted in a hardback A4 version and I cannot praise Bookempire enough.

The books made it to me very swiftly and safely, I am really happy with quality of the finished products. Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I communicated with was friendly and very helpful. Thanks again for your help and great work!

Great people to deal with. All my contacts were excellent, provided explanations and help where I needed it, although I also found their website extremely useful. Very straightforward to deal with and did exactly what they said they would. Delivered a great book to me on-time despite a tight deadline. Excellent service from beginning to end. A really helpful and supportive team helped us get our latest book project over the line. The only minor issue was the delay in delivery which was slightly disappointing. Overall, however, a really positive review of this excellent business and we'll definitely work with them again

Book Empire is in a class of its own. The website is very user-friendly and the Book Templates and Cover Design Service excellent.

The service was amazing and they went through the entire process quickly and efficiently so that it would be delivered on the right day. The service's on the website were really easy to use and the instructions on how to sort out the book were very clear. I would definitely recommend Book Empire to anyone looking at printing a book. I printed a hardcover with gold foiling and the book came out so beautifully.
The customer service team were so helpful and responded to any enquiries and concerns so fast.

Very pleased indeed with how my books turned out. They are a real quality production with their gloss hardcovers and fine paper - coffee table standard, though small format! All this, including formatting assistance, came at an inexpensive price. I think, though, that the website could be clearer on how the cover and the inner come together and how front and rear flyleaves are used in combining these.

Thanks once again to Book Empire, who come up with what's wanted every time! I've asked them to do all sorts of books, and they always help, and are accessible for queries and advice too.

Like other reviewers, I had trouble understanding the website as a complete novice. BUT the staff at Book Empire, especially Jenny, are incredibly patient and will help you throughout the process. I made mistakes, but these were met with advice and kindness and the result was a quality printed book that I am proud to say I have written. Their prices are very competitive and I will not be hesitating to commission their services again if I decide to print more or put the book out for publishing.

Great team that managed to get this over the line in time for Xmas at relatively short notice. However, I do think the website could be a lot clearer in it's instructions of what to upload when submitting proofs. (i.e. and description of what is meant by 'Front Cover', 'Inner Page', etc). Even images which would make it really easy to follow.

Book Empire are a good value and very helpful company. They printed 20 copies of a personal memoir 97 pages hard back.
My only problem

Due to my own lack of familiarity with some of the terminology and menu choices
Help was at hand and the phone is answered quickly. Jenny was very patient with many calls and questions. She found a way through the issues and the books arrived on time. Binding quality is very good. Extremely sturdy hard d back and clear print quality and smooth silk finish paper

An excellent service and Jenny was very helpful. I paid for a cover design which I am delighted with. The books arrived well packaged and look fantastic. I chose Book Empire because there is no minimum print number and I only wanted a few. I felt in control of the whole process.

The people at Book Empire could not have been more helpful. Their website gives free tools and guidance to help you with layout, etc, and they are happy to answer any questions. I am delighted with the finished product, a truly quality book with clear, sharp photos and a beautiful cover.

My first attempt at having a book printed (I have written some animal stories for my grand daughter). The process is very easy to follow, flexible and slick. Support & advice is readily on hand and the dispatch/delivery was very swift after I had accepted the proofs.

Certainly recommend and will use them again for Volume 2
