Failed to deliver
Submitted my order on Monday. Website said product would ship same day and would arrive in 1-2 days.....which was what I needed since the book was a gift I needed to give Thursday. Tuesday afternoon I wrote to the support mail asking for status on delivery. They answered Tuesday evening that shipment was delayed and asking if it was urgent. Immediately after I responded and confirmed it was very urgent and would need the book by Thursday. They did not respond back until next day, Wednesday, still claiming they had some delay and no guarantee to be able to have the product delivered by Thursday. Following that I had to cancel the order and run around to physical book stores to find the book.
-1 star for promising urgent shipment which never happened
-1 for not communicating the delay
-1 for not understanding the urgency and helping to fix
