It’s a scam stay away from them as we did payment and were waiting for ticket confirmation but received email for demanding more money with time frame if don’t do payment will lose money already paid. When we asked them they said it’s the supplier policy. It’s day robbery just stay. Away

SCAM company BEWARE! I booked my flights only to then receive an extremely unprofessional and abrupt phone call from an Indian man informing me that there will be an extra service charge to pay. I informed him that the website had listed the price much cheaper and that I should not have to pay more. He became argumentative and threatened to deduct a higher amount from my account. He said “I have all your personal details and I know your home address. Give me another card details and agree to pay the extra.” He was unable to deduct the funds from my account because my bank had flagged him as a scam and also, the card details that he has was a credit card not a debit card. Credit cards have protection and added security whilst debit cards do not. The man had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I asked him how much weight can I carry in my cabin bag. He replied “7-8kg.” I asked “7 or 8 kg?” Once again he kept replying “between 7-8kg.” I informed him that since there is a big difference between 7 and 8 kg, I would like to know the exact weight limit permitted. He refused to answer was extremely unprofessional and kept screaming that I must agree to his terms. I shall now have to move to a new rented home and change banks because of this fraudster company. I had to telephone my bank and they forwarded everything to the police. I also had to file a police report and send them all the voice recordings. I am very glad that I recorded the calls.

This Company please avoid as it is a scam company, i found 2 x returned flights from manchester to Perth Australia on there site, they advertised for £1801, i tried to pay and the site would not let me. Then I received a call from one of the staff, said I need to pay extra money for baggage to fanalise and pay, i said thats fine, he sent me an email to confirm with £1871 and that is was happy, I sent it back confirming but did not see the extra £2500 they wanted from me at the bottom of the return email and the price they quoted was a deposit. The total price was near £4400. But I had sent and paid by the time I saw it.
I eventually got through on the phone and was asked to send them an email to cancel, in which I did, called 2 days later said they had not received it, even though my girlfriend copied into the email received it. They said there is a fee now for not letting them know within 48 hours a fee of £699 each person. Even though they ripped me off, they still tried to sell me tickets.
Please see all other reviews and please if I dont get my money back at least I might save you from the same issue.

This is a scam company. They quote a low price and once they have your payment they demand higher price saying you only paid the deposit . They were trading as Book-2Travel.co.uk first now set up under this new company because they been caught out . Do not book with them.

BOOKFORYOU charged my debit card in Spain €39 twice one month apart. Seems as though they were going to do this monthly. Disabled my card. Went to the police and filed a denuncia. Took the police report to my bank and they initiated a chargeback. No idea how they gained access to my card. I never travel or use digital services.

SCAM!!!! They are showing total pirice to pay, we've paid and than asking for another money telling that was only deposit. We lost money. AVOID!!!!

I searched for flights online to book the flight to China during Easter holidays and found this website offered a cheaper deals then we booked our flight tickets on this website. Then received a confirmation email from them. But my credit card statement showed "flycations.co.uk " charged our money which we didn't acknowledge and not aware of. After they took our money and we received the confirmation email from "book-2 travel" and " galaxyflights" and changed our initial payment over £2600 that we paid for the air fare into strictly not refundable deposit and phoned up within few hours to demand additional of £1700 which we were not aware of either. They threatened and pressured us if we don't pay additional of £1700 then we'll lose our original payment and they won't issue the e- tickets either ...because we booked our flights via "bookforyou.co.uk " which has caused us lost over £2600 and received nothing at the moment. Those companies which " bookforyou.co.uk " partner with are all a group of scammers and very aggressively and unproffessional. We Had a horrible experience with them during this case and we are still fighting for our money back at the moment. Stay away from this scam website, DO NOT USE IT!
