Never ever BookingBargains …

Booked a room on may 24 for SpringHill Marriott for June 10 using booking bargains.com. Called hotel from airport at 11 pm to confirm that we are late but coming soon. Hotel staff said we don’t have any booking. Checked all possible way. So called booking bargains and then my nightmare starts. First they kept transferring me from 1 section to another and kept disconnecting. After 30 min, 1 girl from another part of world told me the hotel section is closed, call back after 6 hrs. After several mins of begging, she said she emailed to hotel supervisors and will call back in 15 min. That never happened. Again I kept calling. At 1 am, I reached hotel, at last another girl took my case and kept insisting all good and it’s springhill who has problem. I put both of them on speaker phone, then she put me on hold for another 5 min and then she says , it’s another hotel not springhill. “Their system has some kind of issue. “ I had booked one hotel, they confirmed for the same for 2 weeks with 3 emails and then this. I had to rush another then. Absolutely no sense of responsibility, courtesy, no apology. That was first time I ever bought a hotel reservation thru them and that was the last. Never ever.

All errors are your fault and are non refundable!

I booked a room on June 9th at about 10:30 p.m. I provided my debit card info. The internet went out and then it asked for my debit card info again! When I checked in the agent notified me that I had booked 2 nights! I looked at my account and the money had indeed been taken for two nights! I was awakened by housekeeping saying I did not have a reservation and the police would be called. The manager acted as if I was lying and I called contacted BookingBargins to fix the error. They told me it was my fault and non refundable and I should see if the hotel would refund me. The hotel said no and threatened calling the police! It tried calling BookingBargains back to no avail! I hate unnecessary complications and this error should have not been one of them!
