All perfect !!! But i am sorry, first i wanted to have another hotel, but i can't take it without a creditcard, ofcourse i want to pay the price before the arrival, no problem. there it was only 135 euro, no big price, but without a creditcard it was not possible!!! That's not okay, next time i will search by others... :-(

Wonderful spot to stay and comfortable…
Wonderful spot to stay and comfortable room. The host Edith is very friendly and helpful though limited English. We appreciated so much with all assistance received. Definitely will recommend this place to friends for future visits.

Non do 5 stelle solo per le errate informazioni di check in e check out di Booking Alto Adige riguardanti l'hotel. L'hotel aveva orari diversi e molto più flessibili rispetto a quelli indicati. Per il resto tutto perfetto, come da descrizione!

Reservation was not valid
Booking South Tyrol confirmed our reservation and Parkhotel Werth in Bozen/Bolzano Italy confirmed our booking but refused to give us the room for the price in the reservation. We had to pay twice as much. Booking South Tyrol did nothing to solve the problem. We left and went to an other hotel.

Your booking was fully confirmed and the hotel had no reason not to accept your booking. We have contacted the hotel after your email notification and they told us that the reservation was valid. Unfortunately the hotel didn`t communicate that it was overbooked.

Fawlty Towers, Selva.
Good hotel but the owner, who's at the reception desk, was unhelpful and unfriendly.
The hotel promotes garage but when I got there I was told that the garage was 200 meters further up the street at another hotel.
The sauna and steambath, also promoted on their website, was only open for 2 hours a day ( between 16.30 and 18.30).
One has to pay the bill the evening before the departure day.
Check out time is latest 10.00. When I asked where I could change after skiing before departure by car i was told that I could change in the downstairs loo which was very small. When I asked if I could keep my room till max 13.00 I was told that this wasn't possible as the hotel was fully booked but when I went on your website I found that many rooms were available.
The rest of the staff is very friendly. the rooms are a good size and clean and the breakfast is nice.
