Thank you so much every thing arrived on time and looks terrific.
We were worried about the overseas thing but no problem. We did rewrap the the product in good clean boxes as UPS really give them a dirty ride over. But we are all good with the product. Thank you for a wonderful Job.

This is my first order
from them. They keep tracking my pacage and confirming for me. I got one day late. But after they make sure I got a pacage, They refund me in a min. I orderd same copy to the other company then I got a color problem. This time booklets print color is almost as same as original.
l got a really good deal from them and i want to recommend them if some one looking for printing company:)

great quality, fast turnaround

I was in a time crunch with a large booklet project and I was running out of hope of finding a company that had quality prints for not-ridiculous prices and a speedy shipping rate. BOOKLETS PRINT ROCKED MY WORLD! As soon as I found them I got in contact with Alex (Prepress Operator) and Jean (Office Manager) about getting my hands on a sample kit just to be sure that the prices and shipping rate weren't just too good to be true. We tried to work it out so I could get my sample kit in time for me to review the quality and give the okay for printing with just enough time to get my booklets on schedule. Well, MLK Jr. Day caused a couple shipping problems with the sample kit and it was starting to seem like crunch time might get a little crunchier. But Alex and Jean not only assured me by telling me everything I needed to know but they kept checking in and helping me get my files ready to go so that when the sample kit did arrive everything could go down quickly and smoothly. They never made me feel stupid about the products or about not processing my files correctly. They never tried to rush me even though I was in a rush, they were calm and collected experts the entire time. I put all my trust in them thinking "these are good people and they want the best for me" and I could tell this from their customer service and constant strive to make sure I ended up satisfied with my order. They were so good WITH me and TO me that I ended up putting my order in BEFORE CHECKING QUALITY WITH THE SAMPLES KIT! They were so dope that I didn't need any other proof that my booklets would be hella fly. And you know what? THEY WERE! Everything came in perfectly printed, on time, and I didn't have to sell a kidney to do it! It was my first big project as a small business owner who just opened January 2016 and it got a little emotional for me. It sounds weird I guess but these guys helped me out in more ways then they know. Booklets Print: printing booklets so fresh they make yo eyes POP, shipping so fast and prices so low you'll DROP, and Alex and Jean got that customer care on LOCK!
