It was a really good course, the modules were broken down well with good content, the staff were really helpful with any problems.
but when it came to the test, I sat the test 3 times on 3 different broadband connections, with 2 different laptops & the test company kept failing the test with the excuse of a technical failure, this was even after a broadband speed test that was rated as fast, so in effect I have paid a lot of money for nothing, I would advise to avoid this company from my experience. As I paid for a qualification that I haven't received.

Very disappointed with the service. They said I'll receive my certificate in maximum of 10 days and it's already been 20 and still the only thing I hear is sorry, sorry, sorry.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service that you received. I have taken a look into this and can see that there was a delay in your receiving your certificate because the training provider had to ask for a copy of your photo ID after you failed to show it clearly at the start of your exam. Unfortunately, certification for accredited e-learning courses cannot be released without the exam footage being invigilated and the ID of the candidate being properly verified.
Once we received your ID, the trainer invigilated the exam footage and applied for your certificate with the awarding body. Typically, this should only take ten working days but because of the need for a copy of the ID and the bank holiday weekend, there was a delay. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
