Ordered a a book and choose (and paid extra) for deliviry in 1-2 work days. Nine days later I havent even got confirmation that the book has been sent. No response from their customer service.

Don't waiste your time,it takes long long time for book to come.

After reading the reviews I had serious doubts, but I am glad I took the chance.

My ordered book was delivered with 3 days (brand new, mint condition) to Stockholm, at the best price available.

Very fast delivery and no problems at all.

The worst customer service ever. No reply by e-mail. They sent the wrong book and now two months later I’m still waiting for the correct one. The only thing they were quick about was to take my money. Will never ever shop here again and cannot recommend it at all.

Got the book within the asked time and was greatly packed. All the negative reviews did surprise me but from my personal experience buying the first time it was nothing to complain about :)

Only got one of my two books. No reply from customer service after several emails. Totally a scam company.

I placed an order for 604 SEK from BookOutlet.se on 26 June 2025 at 22:33:26, but I still have not received the books. I have emailed their customer service several times but have not received any effective response. Today, is 3 December. I contacted the police and was informed that in Sweden such disputes should be reported to ARN (arn.se). However, according to ARN’s website, the disputed amount must exceed approximately 700 SEK. It seems that BookOutlet is aware of this limitation, making it difficult for customers to pursue complaints.

Low prices, so i fell for it. I made two orders simultaneously. The first one was a speed delivery (ships within 1-2 days, extra cost) and the other one normal delivery (ships within 2-7 days).

When i noticed the speed delivery wasn't even sent after 4 or 5 business days i realized i wouldn't get the delivery in time (i had a deadline since i would gift the books) I sent an email asking about the delivery. This was promptly ignored.
The speed delivery didn't arrive until 10 days later, which was too late.

The normal delivery arrived - in part - after 15 days. The package contained a paper which said the non-delivered products would arrive later. This was IN the package which was supposed to contain said products. I didn't get any other notice of the missing products. No explanation, no apology, nothing.

One month later and i still haven't got my products delivered, and even though i've sent multiple emails i haven't got a reply. I don't know if i ever will get the books i paid for.

The prices are good, but the rudeness of their emails is unnecessary and so stupid, so out of place.

The book is not sent after a week of waiting. Noone replies to the e-mails to the customer service, neither in the chat.

Ordered a book 2 weeks ago. 3-7 days shipping. Technically it hasn't been 3-7 days of shipping, because they haven't sent the book to be shipped in the first place.
Edit: Got the book 1 week after I sent them a mail asking for the book or a refund. Would rather pay more somewhere else for less hassle.

I had a great experience with BookOutlet.se! The important thing was to pay afterwards by invoice. That way I didn't pay anything until all the books were sent. I couldn't select the free shipping option at first, but BookOutlet was responsive and helpful in pointing out that it works when logged out.

I ordered 6 books. 5 were delivered within a few days. The last one took 3 weeks to arrive, but arrive it did, and in perfect condition. I only received the bill once the last book was in the mail, so I was reading all the others meanwhile. The delay was no problem. With prices like this, and free shipping, that's no reason to complain.

Reading the other reviews here I was prepared to risk losing whatever money I spent here. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. Fully satisfied customer here!

- one came straight away
- 2nd one after a few months
- 3rd book never came. Had to reach out to them myself to find out that the book no longer was available.

Ordered one book for my son, 1 month passed still not receive book. Sent email to ask, don’t get reply either. Will add it in blacklist.

Ordered a book from early in October here without first checking trustpilot - fool on me. I was not one of the lucky few customers who actually got their order. I wrote to them twice, the first email they said there was an issue with the system, but promised to send it out asap .. of course nothing showed up. The second email went unanswered. Have initiated a chargeback with Mastercard. Stay away from this disgusting scam of a company.

I checked the reviews only after I already ordered a book. Horrifying!! While looking further into it in the evening, I received order conformation. The tracking number did not work on either of the two sites they named. I decided to wait till morning. In the morning I got an SMS from another delivery company withe the same tracking ID. That one worked. The next morning 07.00 I had my book.
Looks like they had their share of problems, right now I give them the benefit of the doubt. Will buy from them again and that will determine whether or not I dismiss all bad reviews.

Would never recommend it to anybody else!!!!! The worst service ever!!!! Irdered a book on august 12. Today is september 8, has not recieved it yet!!!!
