This is a terrible service

This is a terrible service. They pretend to be Alaska Airlines but they are not. They charge hundreds of dollars to make flight changes. Then they take control of your reservation. We found out later the Alaska Airlines charge is $25.

Worst experience

Worst experience. I thought I was making my booking on the official website and somehow unknowingly twisted to this nasty website.
Poor communication, rude and longer waiting time for silly questions.

Absolute SCAM !!!

Absolute SCAM !!!

Do not book with these guys! They go by so many names, but they are all the same. You pay, and your flight is not verified or booked, but your card gets charged. Make sure to look at what you think are reputable major airline sites to find that it is actually a 3rd party booker. They make it look like a major airline site, but then when you book, it's a different site. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THEM or you will lose your money !!!

NIGHTMARE

If I could give this travel agency a zero, it will be well deserved. They contradict themselves, and do not want to issue any refunds. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I am in the process of reporting them to all applicable law enforcement agencies as we speak.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried to cancel Southwest airlines flight for next week, due to health issues. Cancellation fees and rescheduling was 800+ dollars, on top of what I've already paid for my ticket. She told me I must pay, she must be crazy.

Deceptive

Deceptive, cannot reach management, and rude "managers" answering their 855 303 0321 line.
I will walk before I ever use this service again. I did not mean to use this company for my last two flights, but must have made a mistake when trying to contact the airline directly.
