disappointed to receive damaged item
I ordered the wainwright pictorial guides and they arrived packaged badly and completely destroyed. It’s a keep sake item so asked for a refund. They offered to send replacement which I agreed to if they could guarantee it would arrive undamaged. It arrived packaged properly this time but still damaged with a big scratch on it. I’ve given up trying to get a refund it’s been weeks of back and forth. Appalling customer service, avoid.

Great selection of books - best prices.
I've been buying collections of Judge Dredd books from 'Books 4 People' for a few years now. I started out buying them through my Amazon account, and then discovered that the prices and service were even better shopping direct from them. It got to a point for me where the next books in the series weren't available in the bulk packs - but someone at the company clearly saw this, and by the time I was ready to buy the next collection there it was listed on the website (along with the next five book collection after that).
These Judge Dredd graphic novels are published by 'Rebellion publishing' - who are a nightmare to shop with directly. So it is amazing that a company like 'Books 4 People' exist - who are clearly customer focussed and good at it. I only wish they stocked more 'Rebellion' books - which I would more than happily buy from them.
There was a slight difficulty with this order due to the ongoing terrible service from Royal Mail - but 'Books 4 People' were quick to respond to my messages, were very supportive, and helped me chase up the parcel. Thank you.
