Great service quick delivery son is very happy

Simple site to use. Great prices.

Bought a Harry Potter box set from here. Great price and fast delivery. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the bookcase was damaged ( it looked like the damage had occurred during transport). After a short call and email with photos. They called me back saying they were sending out a new one and a prepaid label to return the damaged one.
This is a company I would definitely recommend and use. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and seemed more than happy to help.

So l ordered a set of books for my grandson on 22nd Feb. Then l sent a picture to his mum who pointed out (nicely) that they were too young for his reading age. So l sent the company an email cancelling the order, if possible.
I got a reply the next morning saying order had been cancelled despite being ready for despatch and l would get a refund. An excellent result as it was my mistake. I will be buying other books from them in the future.

Excellent customer service paired with great prices and a strong selection of books ranging from very young children - adults. I called their contact number before ordering and spoke to someone named Vishal - they were adept at answering my questions about expedited shipping and helped ensure my parcel was shipped swiftly. We spend a lot of money at a High Street bookstore, which I will continue to support in my town. Where I send books, though, which I often do, Boosk4people will be my first stop. Great for folks on a budget and a goldmine for families with children.

Very impressed with ease of ordering, rapid handling of order & delivery.
Books received had good content, but there was no advance indication that only the covers were in colour: inside was black & white, which limited attraction for our 6 year old grand-son.

First time ordering from Books4people and I can’t fault them one bit. They dispatched my order super fast I recieved my book set in immaculate condition no problems whatsoever. In future I’ll check their site first instead of others very happy many thanks.

I book a pack of three books from Books4People but one had several pages that had been overprinted and had two different pages printed over each other making reading very difficult. I contacted Book 4 People, explained problem and included several photos of the affected pages.
They asked for invoice information etc and when I supplied them with the requested information they said they would dispatch another copy to me. This arrived very quickly.
Highly recommend Books 4 People and will be buying form them again.

Made the order on 23rd December paid for express delivery and my parcel its still not here. For express shipping the date for delivery was supposed to be 28, today is 31st. Can't make a review for the actual books because I still don't have them.

Recently purchased some books, which arrived today, delivery was quick and prompt and the books were packaged well. I found this company great to deal with and they have a great range of books at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I ordered a book for a present. When it arrived the bas of the spine was badly damaged and dirty as was the packaging. I sent photos with my complaint. They apologised but offered a 25% refund no mention of returning the book so I now have a damaged book on my hands which I cannot give as a present.

The box sets arrived on the day they said they would, and they were well packaged to protect them in transit.
