Excellent Service
Booksetc offer excellent service, value for money, and short delivery times. Their packaging method is also very good, especially compared to some other mainstream online sellers where several books received have been quite damaged. This is now the only book company I use, and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a calendar, which then showed as delivered by Royal Mail a few days later. However, it wasn't delivered to me. According to the Customer Protection Act of 2015, it is the sellers responsibility to contact Royal Mail to query the non-delivery, as royal Mail need certain details that only the seller can provide, but Books etc refused to do so on several occasions.Fortunately, Ebay recognised the validity of my complaint and refunded me. Books etc may possibly be cheap, but their customer service is non-existent. Avoid.
