The quality of the books is really disappointing, they look poorly printed and arrive already ripped. They don’t accept returns, and the customer service is terrible. They either don’t respond or try to gaslight you instead of helping. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.
I totally got scammed too, i ordered around 6 books, they were supposed to arrive after 1-2 weeks at most they said, but guess what ? It's been a WHOLE YEAR and I still didn’t receive anything, and no one is responding at all. TOTALLY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE Y'ALL
Horrible customer service. They keep you waiting long enough to print the books you've ordered. Had to wait 15 days to receive the books. Books quality is horrible: missing chapters, poor paper quality, missing letters & words, PDF watermarks.... They literally print out illegal PDF versions of the books, but a crappy PDF version!!!! Anyway, don't fall for their social presence online. It's very deceiving.

I would have given them a -10 if it were possible. These people are scammers. They sell low quality books at the price of good ones, falsely advertising them as originals. Don’t expect a refund, AND you're lucky if you even get a response after returning the books. If the book you ordered is out of stock, you’ll never be informed, instead, you'll be left waiting indefinitely without updates or a refund. I love supporting local and small businesses, but these people are giving them a bad name.
My friend ordered two books, but only one was delivered. To make matters worse, the seller completely stopped responding to messages after the issue was raised. This lack of communication and failure to deliver what was paid for feels like a scam. I would not recommend this seller to anyone
I order a bundle of 5 books from this website . It was supposed to be shipped within 8 to 10 days but even after 15 days i didn't receive any message from them or execuse . This website offer a bad service and bad assistant team . If you could buy from amazon it's better and legal then buying from an illegal website that print pirated books.
