Very disappointed

I ordered the Bon Jovi signed book from this website in March of 2025. I never received the book! Upon contacting the website it took 3 messages to receive a reply as one for orders didn't work! I could not pull up my order on the website! IT showed not found. When I received a reply I was told my order had been canceled before they updated their website! I was NEVER notified of this! I was told they were unable to obtain signed copies of the book. I fortunately was not charged however I am very disappointed! Other retailers are now sold out or asking over $300 for the book! Ebay wants $900!
Why sell and advertise something if a company is not positive of it's availability? And why not notify customers as soon as possible? My email etc has not changed and I never received ANY notification! Don't recommend!
