They are scammers, be aware and don't give them your hard earned money. They are not a book publisher. They stole hundreds of dollars from me. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them. They are a scam not a company.

I spent 19 months working very hard in 3 different low income jobs to earn money for publishing my book. I even borrowed money from my hard working family.

Once I was finally ready, I looked up book publishing on Google and found this site. They sounded very professional, so I was convinced.

They took all of my money, then said that I needed to give them more. I borrowed some more money from my poor, loving family who had stars in their eyes for me and my passion; people who themselves couldn't afford to do that, but would even die for me out of love.

I had a subtle feeling that something wasn't right, but having gone so far already and being so excited, I didn't want to think that anything was wrong. So I gave them the money.

2 weeks later, I got concerned that they weren't doing anything. My excitement was turning into anxiety. So I nervously looked them up and found out that they have taken other people's money without doing the work.

I called them and begged them for my money back. I told them, "Please, my family can't afford this. We're poor. We're not made of money. Spare me, please! Spare my family! I just want to get them their money back." But all they did was say professional sounding words that meant nothing.

They denied me refunds. They say they terminated the project by my request, but will keep the money because they did work. But none of the things that they say they did were ever done.

This has ruined my experience of publishing books. These days have been the worst days of my life. The past 2 years have become a dark memory that make me feel like I'm choking from the inside. And I never want to do anything with book publishing again.

I will now go work multiple jobs for more than a year only to repay my family.

I feel so defeated. One Abdul Rehman Qureshi stealing from another Abdul Rehman Qureshi. My own name gives me a nightmare now. Maybe this is life's way of telling me to give this dream up, for it has become my worst nightmare. I am just a fool plagued by myself.

Paid $1,500 for nothing. Literally, the only thing that they produced was a substandard book cover that looks like a cheap template. They lie a lot to you.

Beware that, the entire time, they're producing false documentation to help them in fooling the bank into reversing chargebacks — which you're ultimately going to invoke through your bank. It's the only way to get your money back. These people will not refund you.

Their addresses are fake. Phone numbers are masked VOIP. Domain names are registered through proxy. Their names are fake.

Turns out that this is a large-scale international scam operation run by 10+ people between the US and Pakistan.
