I was a first time user of this app and feeling a little wary of sending all my books off to an unknown buyer, but I decided to give it a try, especially when I learned that they paid for the shipping. Well this company is terrific! Their customer service replied very quickly (sometimes within 10-15 minutes) to the questions I had, and off the books went (all four boxes of them!). Once received, there were two books they posted an adjustment in price (they had underlining in them, so that was fair enough), and it's up to the seller if they want to accept the adjusted price or not (I did). Most of my books weren't worth much (though I discovered a few that were worth a significant price!). I had a lot of them and I was going to donate them anyway, so I figured why not try Booksrun. I'm glad I did! They were easy to work with, the app was very user friendly, and the payments were timely and as expected. You just scan the book's ISBN barcode, and their price offer appears immediately with the book in the cart to sell. You can remove it if you wish, or add more books. Easy to use and off they went! When one check didn't arrive, they immediately issued another one, and all was well. So glad I found them, and I've already told others about them too- it's a great service, especially when you have piles of books to sell as I did. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE. You pay for 35 days if you rent. You receive the book in 7 days. Don't do it. Find a book elsewhere.

Selling to BooksRuns (AZTexts) is one of the more sketcher things I have done. I used to sell to them regularly but ever since this last incident I am not so sure I will be selling again. The last incident I had with them was selling 2 textbooks valued at around $100. I shipped them in normally and got insurance and everything. Upon arrival I checked the page and it said damaged. When I shipped them they were both brand new with no damage. I didn’t do the best job packing them but I did better than most people. I contacted BooksRun asking them if I could have more details so I could file a claim with USPS. I asked if the insurance that I selected was through them or USPS. They wouldn’t give me straight answer. I then asked for photos to show that they were damaged. They said they didn’t have any and couldn’t provided any. I asked where in their policies it said that and they connected me to a new agent. So I asked them where in their policies it said that. New agent. So I asked the new agent where in their policies it said that. New Agent. For the last time I asked where it said that and they told me they would look into it. No response. I contacted the. No response. I have sold to them before but this was my first time contacting them. This felt to mysterious to be professional.

The lady who delivered the package was extremely polite, thoughtful, and respectful of the property.
She has delivered a few packages to me and her manner always matches my comments above.

The book is gross-looking and soiled, to the point I don’t even want to hold it to read it. I would not describe this as “good” condition, as the listing had indicated. Pretty disappointed.

I received my book and I’m satisfied.

A book this large and heavy should have been better wrapped and protected. Putting it in a simple plastic bag gets you bumped corners and damaged edges. Frustrated. One of the most easiest things you could have controlled.

The books took a long time to arrive and in the meantime, I received several emails asking me to rate the service. Additionally, the rental return label isn’t able to be printed for 25 days. This seems like you’re trying to get folks to forget about returning it in order to charge the full price for the book. When trying to obtain the return label, it requires multiple entries of my email and the order number, not sure why a single click link can’t be created. It’s a lot of work for a couple of books.

Book delivered was as advertised and it was delivered in a timely fashion with tracking info.

I am happy I came across this website. It was so much easier on my wallet to rent
