Look for reviews of Bookvault on Reddit and other platforms. I recently got excited about Bookvault based on two interviews with the Bookvault developer on YouTube. Spent time researching, getting an account, and booked an online appointment with BookVault that they book off their site and was stood up at the last minute. They responded to an email I sent and gave terse answers that didn't finish answering my questions. They shouldn't book appointments if they aren't going to show up. I rearranged plans and jumped through hoops of fire to be ready for the meeting. They also don't have a way to contact them readily. No phone number, no chat. That's it, I'm out. Their reviews and bad handling of the appointment they booked is all I need to know.

Bought a digital book from there, the price was unbeatable.
I paid $14.99 for an book which should have costed me $140, while the quality was also impressive.
