Hey ho!
Wasn’t the best experience ever.
No confirmation email, nor a reply to my emails for days, but they are not THAT bad!
After giving up with them and booking test through DVLA, I asked for my money back.
An email arrived.
Quite a nice email.
Asking me to reconsider and continue with my booking with them.
I declined with thanks, stating why.
They said I could cancel if I wanted.
I accepted.
I was expecting them to withhold part of my payment for “administration fees” but 3 to 4 hours later a full refund was given.
I couldn’t have asked for more at that stage.
So not the best, but certainly not deserving of so many bad reviews maybe?

Absolute scam took my money, no booking, no response

Feel like such a fool. How is google allowing this?

Can't log in my missis booked today without checking with me can't even log in any one had any luck anyone local to the address go and see them

I booked it and they’ve charged me 3 times for it I’m trying to contact them but I can’t because I need a candidate number either I was never given one

The test costs £23 direct from the gov website!

Absolute scam! Do not go anywhere near. My son lost £45 not realising it should only cost £23 through DVLA. No response from them as yet. Also neither of my son's email addresses recognised when he tries to log in.

Scam !! Don’t use this website. Paid £43 instead of the actual gov one that charges £23. Accident Ly chose this thinking it was legit.

Accidentally chose this website when i didn’t mean to was meant to choose the gov one for £23 instead of this one for £45. Don’t trust this organisation they take forever to give you your money back and have poor customer service DONT USE!!!

Used this company in error as it was late at night....I was tired....and this was the first site on the Google search...
Costs 45.99 as apposed to 23 on the official Gov site.....but when you don't know....you don't know!
Next morning I received an email to say that my chosen test centre was full booked and would I like a refund? Having confirmed I would, I waited......after 5 working days no payment had been received....so I asked for an update....refund was finally made after 10 working days....well....a refund of 45.00...not sure what happened to the 99p...
Not great service.....and I really don't like the elevated price hike....for no reason whatsoever? But having read the other reviews, I consider myself fortunate to have been refunded.....

I incorrectly booked a test with this company, I was intending on booking directly with DVSA, I wasn't on the look out for private websites. I felt deceived and reading the reviews made me worried that it was a scam.

As soon as I realised what had happened I contacted them via email to cancel the order. I'm pleased to say I received a refund in due course.

I've now booked directly with DVSA as I first intended, I just hope my son passes this time!

I'm giving 4 stars because I found the customer service to be good, but one star off because I don't agree with their advertising strategy.

This is scam! Do not use it!!!! Wil take money and will dissappear without any replies

Do not use this site it's a scam, they take the money and never respond, no booking, nothing. This site should be taken down. Raised with my bank.

I just don't know y Google advertising such a frauds.... Disappointed with Google.... Wasted 45£... No call for confirmation not even any reply for query.... They just getting money for nothing in return 😠😠😠 if there is any 0 or minus rating I will give that. Now as they will also going to read this let them know that "you will pay all these money somewhere definitely" Remember this

Scam company. Don t use. I can see from these reviews that I am not the only person who has had money taken and received no feedback, email, booking - anything. I should have used DVLA official site - but simply clicked on the first option at the top of Google. Fool ! They have vanished into thin air. I have since reported my experience to HSBC.

Booked a test for my son for 5th Oct , no email , so went on gov website test booked for 23td nov tried to book an earlier slot only to be told I can’t , tried to email but nothing , spoke to DVSA but the can’t even change at cancel it .does anyone have a contact number ? Fuming is an understatement , total scam .do not use the company .

Do not go through these to book a test, naively (and excitedly) I typed 'book theory test' into Google and this website was the first to pop up, I paid the £45 and waited 5 days for my slot (not the 48 hours it stated)
I later found out that if I'd have gone direct through the gov website a theory test only actually costs £23!!!!!! I paid double!

Please do not use this site they are a scam !! My silly fault did not check reviews before hand .
I paid 45 pound for u limited resists . The mock test they gave me was rubbish was nothing like the actual real theory test and it failed me . Then they say I can not have u limited resists yet I have paid 45 quid . If I want to retake the mock test I will have to pay a further 9 pound . This company is a joke and there customer service is so rude they speak to you like sh#t .
I requested a refund and they offered me 15 pound back even though their admin charge is 20 pound . I requested a date and they went and booked my test two months away . I have had to go and change the date through the government website my self not using this company . Please please don't use this company people . Just pay 23 pound direct and practice is my best advice I have now lost out on 27 pound through these horrible people

RIP off, tried to book free re test and requesting payment again , use GOV WEBSITE ONLY £23 instead Of £45 from this company

Booked my son a theory test on this site two weeks ago for January next year, I've heard nothing back from them since they took my money, I have emailed several times (there is no phone number on the website) but had no reply. I've cancelled my card and now started a dispute to get the money back through my bank. - What a nightmare!
