Horrible experience . They provided the best price . They provided good presales service . They sent the boarding passes . When we arrived at the airport we found out that they had been cancelled . They are not a legit operator despite the web window dressing .

Like so many others - pay to get boarding pass, then cancel flight and keep the money. I got my boarding pass at last minute- 3 hours before take off and then 1 hour late 'someone' cancelled my flight and they keep the money and don't respond to calls. Am disputing charge with credit card company and also asking why they are still allowed to have a credit card merchant account.

***DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! THEIR ADDRESS IS A VACANT AREA IN THE DESERT! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU OF HAVING BOARDING PASS WHEN YOU GET TO THE AIRPORT YOUR TICKET IS CANCELLED! I HAVE MADE A FRAUD REPORT WITH SOUTHWEST AIRLINES ON THIS COMPANY AND REPORTED IT TO FBI!

Not professional, charged my credit card, then requested pay pal double charge, when I questioned their double charge they cancelled my flight three days later. Total disaster, do not use Expedia or Bookviaus

Mr.Robin was a great helpful person . He did a great job and was very patient.

On October 10, 2023, I did purchase three tickets to Pensacola Fl thru this company. when i went to the airport a pair that i have no reservation at all southwest airlines made me purchased my tickets again after that i have been calling this company and no body responded this company look like a fraud. I do Not recommend no body to go with this company at all

We just traveled to Phuket,Pattaya &bankok(Thailand) our experience was wonderful & excellent.Thxx to all team member specially to Miss Rachna of jetage solutions pvt ltd for her good co-ordination and regularly in touch during tour.therefore our tour became very pleasant with luxury indeed we enjoyed the tour.

We travelled to (Changi) Singapore with “Bookviaus”. Our trip was outstanding, well organised with a very interesting itinerary by Mr. Shubham Gautam our consultant. We saw some amazing sights and stayed in amazing hotels. Thank you Shubham sir for this trip.
