Pros and Cons
Pros: Booking an appointment was fast and easy. Loved that you could pay ahead of time and secure a time slot. Also received my confirmation email quickly.
Cons: I had issues with my booking upon arrival (the salon was closed). I called Bookwell during office hours and nobody answered so I left a voicemail asking how to proceed. Nobody ever called me back. Luckily, the salon owner showed up a few minutes later, however if she wouldn’t have, it doesn’t seem that Bookwell would of been of much help.
