It is imperative to steer clear of this company, as they are merely engaged in scamming individuals. They consistently make promises without delivering. They repeatedly urged me to give them a chance, which I did, but now they do not answer calls or follow up on the meetings they assured me they would have. They seem to find amusement in deceiving people; once they obtain your money, they vanish. I have been involved with them since February 2025 and have endured nothing but stress and frustration. They are foreign individuals attempting to defraud honest people who aspire to publish their dream books. They promised to send my edits, which took over two weeks, and without my persistent emails, I doubt they would have responded at all. I gave the project manager, Lucas, an opportunity as he requested, but he has displayed nothing but unprofessional behavior by unfilled promises and unkept phone meetings. He assured me he would call four times, yet each time he failed to show up; this has persisted for a month now, and I have emails to substantiate this. Angelique, the initial director who I signed the contract with, left the company without anyone informing me, and subsequently, Rachel took over. I had placed a great deal of trust in Rachel, but she also vanished for a week, and my work was stalled until I sent multiple emails and calls. She eventually replied, stating she was out of town, but one would expect a professional to notify clients about their availability. What began as a promising venture has devolved into a nightmare. I also contacted Max in LA to resolve this issue, and he promised to return my call after reviewing my contract, but he never did. Actions always speak louder than words. Be careful out there publishers your work is deserving to be in a high frequency space with the utmost respect,

This company promised me that for $1200.00 they would submit two of my books to the Pulitzer Prize committee for consideration for an award for my books last year, and when I recently contacted the committee they informed me that they never received my books. I have been calling and calling this company for months asking for a refund, and they don't take my calls.. I also found out that it only costs $75.00 to submit a book for the Pulitzer Prize committee, so this company took advantage of me charging me $600.00 for each book when it only costs $75.00. I didn't know this until I did the research afterwards. This same company promised me that all of my books would be in the Barnes and Noble and Walmart stores well over a year ago, and still that has not happened. They promised me book signings as well, which also never happened. It's a miracle if you ever get anyone to return your calls or emails. I published 16 books with them, and yet they still don't have the professional courtesy of picking up the phone or returning my calls or emails after months and months of trying to reach them. They are not an honest company to deal with, and I should have realized something was wrong when publishers were constantly unexpectedly leaving the company for various reasons. Don't use this company unless you want to be lied to and deceived.

After a year a half my book is not done. They procrastinated with work on every section of the book during this time. In the final design of the book they demonstrated total ignorance and lack of understanding how to put book together. The book was never completed, they never honored the agreement of refunding the money and completely stopped communicating. Some authorities should investigate these scammers.
