I've just finished the YTT200 hour.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this stunning piece of heaven. I strongly recommend it.
The teachers are so beautiful with so much patients, kindness and wisdom, they all offered different types of learning and training which was unique,
because of this, it reflected and fed onto us students, we were all able to study and learn with so much connection without judgement and all helped each other, we were like a lovely big family, we were all in tears at graduation, we really didn't want to leave each other.
Every day they didn't fail to deliver the most delicious food, they're also conscious of using plastic therfore they try and use as little as possible.
I believe yoga Mat is beneficial for all ages. There was a nice balance of different ages.
The setting was incredible, every day, we would do our workshops, yoga, training looking out to the sea feeling the breeze
I feel I've been totally spoilt with the every day view at Yoga Mat.
I'm praying they'll do the YTT300 as this is the place I'll gladly return to.
Thank you Yoga Mat school 🙏

Preksha Yoga in Goa is a beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly place to enjoy a relaxing retreat. The surroundings, accommodation, atmosphere and staff all do their utmost to ensure you have a fabulous stay. It is like being in another world where you leave all your stresses and worries behind, feeling rejuvenated and energised with a clearer enthusiasm for your future. The classes are fantastic and taught by extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby and a fantastic sandy beach which goes on for mikes about a fifteen minute walk away. I cannot stress enough how safe and secure the Ashram is and they arrange taxis to pick you up and drop off from the airport at a reasonable cost. Also, many people were travelling solo but due to the fact it is like-minded people who are there no one felt alone for too long.

Big variety of offers.
Good collaboration and communication tool with the retreat owners.

Bookretreats overall is a wonderful sight; I didn't enjoy my last retreat, but Bookretreats is helping me settle a dispute with the Host who is no longer advertising with Bookretreats for the same reason-fraudulent activity is in question.

I booked a yoga retreat through Book Yoga Retreats, only for the organiser to cancel with less than a month’s notice. This left me with flights booked for specific dates and a set location but no accommodation.
On March 20th, Book Yoga Retreats asked if I wanted a refund, to which I immediately replied yes. Yet, 11 days later, I am still waiting for my money. When I requested an update yesterday, I was told the refund process would take another 1 to 2 weeks. As an apology, they offered me a £50 credit note—to be used by the end of the week(!)—which feels completely inadequate given the circumstances.
This is incredibly unfair, as I need that money to secure alternative accommodation. The amount is over £500, which is not insignificant. I don’t understand why a straightforward refund is taking so long, especially when UK Distance Selling Regulations require refunds to be processed within 14 days. That leaves them just 3 more days before I escalate this to my payment provider to file a claim.
This entire experience has been frustrating, and unless they improve their cancellation and refund policies, I wouldn’t book through this platform again.
Update: Amazing how a review speeds things along….had very little communication about the refund without me sending an email first to chase for updates, but within hours of writing a review, my money was back with me. Coincidence? I think not. Had my refund been processed better I would have considered using them again. 14 days is the legal limit bookyogaretreats…not the target. Do better!

My daughter and I went for a retreat for the first time and we picked just the perfect place.
The views, the food, the setting and the people that provided the amazing environment, it was the perfect place.
We were so rejuvenated at the end of the week. The animals added much joy to the Villa.
Thank Miriam for everything,
Ursula

This is my first time to Bali and I decided to stay at Balitrees for 9 days, my entire trip. I didn't go to Ubud or Denparsa or elsewhere. We have people from all over the world coming to experience their time in Tabanan and especially Yoga and meditation here. The Balitrees team and their customer service were excellent; the accommodation and food were simple but nice; Yoga classes at Balitrees and on the beach were wonderful; some activities were very meaningful. An excellent opportunity to relax, to connect with people and spirituality, and to be with nature.

I booked a wellness retreat for the next day and couldn’t make it as I wasn’t provided with any guidance or the necessary documents for me to travel to the country where retreat will take place. Once I expressed my frustration and that I can’t make it to the retreat, the customer service team started responding but it was too late to make the trip from that point on.
I requested a full refund as I wasn’t canceling the trip on my will. It took a couple of days to explain this and work out the refund process. I didn’t like that I had to explain the situation multiple times to different people and that I couldn’t go because of their unresponsiveness upon booking the trip, but at the end I am glad that they were responsive in troubleshooting and refunded the full amount. Maybe it might have worked out if my trip wasn’t a last minute booking but anyway.. at least I confirm the company is legit and responsive with the problem solving but can’t comment on the retreat itself as I didn’t experience it.

My 4 day retreat at Osho Divine Zone was a truly excellent experience. Swami Basu and Binita and their family could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The food and lodging were simple and excellent. I learnt a lot from Swami Basu and Binita about meditation and yoga that I can take home and it will enrich my life. Many, many thanks, Swami Basu and Binita! ❤️❤️❤️

The place had a beautiful scenery and view, due to being on top of a hill. Very nice rooms, plus organic plants that are grown inside the resort that they use for our food. Plus the owners were very helpful and professional.

Giving 2 stars because customer service has been prompt and helpful and they really have tried their best to resolve the issue. However, their site has glaring issues!! I paid a deposit to book a yoga retreat and they said the money would be returned to me in 5-10 business days if the company didn’t confirm within 2 days. The company didn’t confirm and so the transaction was cancelled, but I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been far longer than 10 business days now - I paid £100 deposit!

This company, new to me, led me to a wonderful retreat, took my deposit, and facilitated my connection with the teacher. I hadn't heard of Tripaneer before I Googled "Kauai yoga retreats," but I found the retreat easily in one of the top results.

The campus is ideally located on a small hill with the beach at its foot. It' s perfectly calm at night.
The food is scrumptious and the teachers patient and efficient.
I enjoyed it all, the classes, the beach, the bungalow, the location, my comrades and, of course, the food!!
Stayed 3 weeks ..

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star… the organiser cancelled the trip due to injury, whom I wouldn’t book with again due to attitude. Such a turn off for a yoga teacher training…
I had to chase the company for a deposit refund, and they ignore your emails repetitively, so I have lost my refund.
They only have customer care if they are TAKING money from you… sorry to say.
Awful company and connections.

WARNING
The search functionality and booking process are fantastic, I’ve booked through them 4 times now. On my current booking I’ve needed to change the date. The venue/retreat say it’s available and that I need to make the change through bookyogaretreats. A week has passed and this has not been done, I’ve chased them twice, only to be told they are working on it. Meanwhile the reason I needed to reschedule, work client, has been left hanging while this basic request holds everyone up, I cannot proceed till they confirm, so I can confirm my availability. I am loosing money over poor admin and processes.
