Delay of the result
I ordered a rapid test for its testing, because I don't have enough time before go back to may country. However, it took long time (24 hours) to receive the reply. So, before receiving the result I went to the office and complaint about the delay of the result. It means I need extra money to visit the office and also it was very stressful.

I did not received the result in one…
I did not received the result in one hour. After 1.5 hour I had to come back on site to ask why I did not received because there was also no phone number to call back in case of issue.
The problem was then solved immediately but no explanation why I did not received any email confirming my COVID test result.
So it was quite very expensive (109€) without providing a result in time as expected.
