Really pleased... ordered on the Friday night, received my order on the Monday morning......been using now for 1 week, really purchased Boombod for all the vitamins it contains as was so tiered all the time and felt so sluggish with energy levels at zero.....can truly say have noticed I have so much more energy ( no need for napping in the afternoon) and feel a lot better in myself, don’t have to push myself to do things ... also don’t feel hungry anymore get full quickly so no need for snacks especially in lockdown.... i chose black cherry and black currant both really nice flavours...... will definitely be reordering this week so as not to run out 👍🏻😊was a bit sceptical on ordering even after reading the reviews but so glad I did, give it a go

I’ve had no results apart from crippling cramps very disappointed because they were really expensive

Make me feel nauseous, wanted a full refund but they’ve said they will deduct £10 of this for shipping, so won’t be anywhere near a full refund. Horrible experience and customer service is poor!

Felt much more enegertic since started and not so hungry all the time. Combined with exercise have lost a total off over 9 inches from my body...so I'm pleased with that!

Hasn't done anything to help with my apetite or cravings, so not done anything to help with my weight loss journey

Started last Monday feel fantastic less bloated and lost 3lb too got another week to do. Definitely recommend Boombod

Really not happy with the product, waste of £30! Absolutely no results what so ever! If anything it has made me feel rather ill! Overall I’m severely disappointed!

I didn’t get the results I was expecting, I only saw a slight difference, I was expecting to loose 5 pounds when I only lost 2. I was still as hungry as I would have been without the shot.

I’m unsure why this happened but I did take the shot for a whole week to realise it was only bloating me up. It’s doing the total opposite for me unsure why.
Very disappointed as I bought quite a bit that I will not be using again.
Oh well you win some you lose some.
I sure lost with this product.

Useless. Did not make me feel more full at all. Am now using good old willpower and eating less which is working.

After 7 days completed. I really wouldn't rate this product at all super dissapointed as the reviews where unreal. Didn't see any weight loss no reduction in bloating. These are over priced and to me who eats healthily most the time anyway can see how people are finding them a miracle.... Unless your going from eating complete junk to a healthy diet then you would see the weight loss without boom bod.... Feel like I've wasted £30 ill stick with slimming world for low bloating fuller for longer and gauremteed weight loss.... These little packets did sadly nothing for me.

I saw a lot of positive reviews but unfortunately this didn’t work for me. I exercised and kept a balanced diet along with taking the 7 day boom bod sachets and only felt discomfort during the night and in my stomach.

I've taken it for a week now and lost 1lb. I feel constantly bloated and uncomfortable since drinking it

Just about to start day 5, started at 11st 3 and woke up at 10st 11!! I had to re-weigh myself to believe it! Lock down diet was piling on the pounds so I decided to try and take control....best decision I've made. Boombod has helped me stick to three well portioned meals. For anyone wondering what i've been eating, my day typically is weetabix breakfast, tuna mayo wrap or soup and a slice of toast lunch and salmon with vegetables for dinner with a sneaky square of chocolate to keep my sweet cravings at bay. Yes I would be losing weight vs what I have been eating but, while it doesn't necessarily make me feel "full", it does allow me to feel satisfied with what I am eating so that i'm not constantly counting down to the next meal. Knowing I have to drink it 30 mins before food, means I'm planning better and taking the desperation out of just grabbing anything to eat quickly. Also my husband has mentioned i'm "glowing" which I think must be the added vitamins so it's win win for me. I've actually ordered more i'm so convinced AND determined to shift the extra pounds!! I'd highly recommend trying it but warn people that day three, as with most "diets", is a tough day and more hungry than usual. Get through that and you're on your way!

I love this product it really helped with my bloating and banished my cravings I lost 4lbs at the end of the week !
