Withdrawal times - ALWAYS slow - always past 96 hours
I decided to Use the app again to see if it may have been a fluke where they held my withdrawal past 96 hours. So far it’s been over 48 hours and still no progress on my recent withdrawal. It looks like Boomerangbet will hold my funds till the 96 hour mark once again. To all new Customers, Be warned that this company will hold your withdrawal past 3 - 4 days and will never deliver under that time frame. There are plenty of other apps out there that offer instant withdrawals, I would use other apps before trying boomerangbet otherwise expect a long withdrawal time. If your withdrawal Goes past 96 hours which breaches their own terms they tell you to keep waiting. This is my third time initiating a withdrawal and once again past 96 hours-
Withdrawal is still under review- going onto the 9th day - every agent that I’ve talked to said that my request is “very close” & that they have “escalated the request” every one I’ve talked to has said the same thing for the past 5 days. SCAM AND FRAUD
Firsr thing is that 96 hours max to withdraw is a bunch of BS. Have in mind, that they won't let you be in any way in profit - have in mind if you won big, but your last losts are not greater than the win, expect nothing. After 96 hours, complained that I still did not receive the funds, yet they told me "wait a little longer". After 106 hours in total the withdraw failed, and had to go into their "scam waiting" process again. Their agents are literal garbage - explaining different reasons (other than 96 max hours, one explained that I need to do KYC in order to withdraw : which I had done already, and it passed, so he probably isn't relevant with his own eyes. As I said, they will send you the funds, but, NO, they won't let themselves have bigger loss than you, and have that in mind whoever is reading this. DON'T waste nerves, zime and money on this garbage.

Good variety of games, but the slow withdrawal process feels deliberately designed to benefit the bookmaker - a retention strategy to maximise revenue. The delay, combined with an easy ‘cancel withdrawal immediatly’ option, may encourage users to keep gambling their winnings rather than cashing out.
It can be a flaw to the users but an intentional feature by the operator.

Zero support and no withdrawals
So early march I sent in a request to self exclusion via the email on their website. After one week I received to reply or confirmation. Then I made a deposit, I won, verified my account and tried to withdraw. After three days, nothing had happened to the withdrawal. So of course, I cancelled it and lost it.
A note for users out there, DO NOT gamble at this site. They offer zero support, or accountability. Zero gambling tools (like break or limits). Just avoid this one. Qbet or leovegas etc is much much better and withdraws within a few hours.

Not willing to cancel my account
I’m trying to cancel my account, but seems like they refuse to let me. First I tried via my profile in app, but that is not possible, for some reason. They wanted me to write an e-mail. I sent the e-mail, but the reply was that they wanted to know why, and if there was something they could do to make me stay on the betting-service. I didn’t feel the need to elaborate, so I declined giving a reason and simple told them one more time to delete my account. No actions, no replies. I have now once more asked if they would delete my account. No actions, no reply. Only a steady stream of ads and spam from them. They have no unsubscribe-link in the e-mails either.
