I requested a refund before a writer was assigned to complete my essay but was not given compensation IAW the Company's money back guarantee. I was offered an account credit which I do not plan to use because of the dishonesty of this company. I would like to be refunded the amount of my account balance and have my account closed.

First product that was recieved wasnt what wss described. The support center was anle to provide a reponse andhad the essay finished in a timely manner. For those reason 4 stars.

Terrible experience. Paid a decent amount of money for a "college senior level" paper. Turned out to be total junk. The writer is clearly not a native english speaker. Their citations weren't even relevant, they were completely made up!
