I ordered a card for a thirteenth birthday to be posted on 10th and it arrived on the 15th, one day after the special birthday. Boomf first offered a refund then refused as it 'takes 2-3 days' to deliver'. Unless London post office has stopped Saturday deliveries this took 4-5 days. This is very poor service. Also, the confetti fell out rather than burst out.

I made an error with the order and wanted to pay extra for the delivery, however the team was quick and responsive, kindly waivered off the extra charge for delivery and requested the order become a priority.

What an absolute disappointment, spent £6 on a bluey mother's day card that's suppose to pop up and shoot confetti, it didn't pop up at all, had to pull and force out the card so it didn't even work, absolute disappointment and waste of £6

In my haste I had sent the card to the wrong address which showed on my receipt. I sent my "panic" email to Boomf customer services who very quickly acted on my email and followed up with confirmation that the order now reflected the correct address. Impressed!!

I cannot rate Will from Boomf highly enough for his speedy response to my query, he truly saved the day.
I ordered a card for my friend’s 50th and stupidly forgot to change the shipping address. As we don’t live in the same country it is not as easy as me popping round the corner to deliver this. I wrote to the team last night explaining my plight and first thing this morning they had responded and changed the address. This prompt response means she will get her card delivered on time and to the right address. Can’t thank Will enough.

I messed up and input the wrong address for the card to be delivered to, I didn't realise until I received the confirmation email. So; I sent in a support ticket, brutally aware I would probably get no response until Monday, that it may be too late and I might have to resend the card myself. Well! Not even an hour later (this is on a Sunday as well) a fantastic team member of Boomf named Yurica emailed me back asking what the address was that I actually wanted it sending to; they managed to change it and sent me a screenshot of the updated details. Unfortunately, I had also input the incorrect name, rather than my Dads name, it was addressed to me but now being sent to his address. I apologised profusely for my muck up and asked (again, with no expectation that it could be fixed) if Yurica would also change the name. They did! So, within a couple of hours of my stressing and sending in a support ticket, Yurica, on a Sunday, fixed both the address and name on the card so that when it gets shipped tomorrow, it will have the right name and address!
It's a great site in general for personalised cards and presents at a reasonable price; but the support when something goes awry is thus far unmatched for me. Their support people are very quick to respond to both the original ticket and subsequent emails back and forth, and not once was I made to feel stupid for making the mistakes I made in the first instance.
