No contact means no contact!
The actual valuation tool is very easy to use and you get very quick responses from the chosen estate agents. However, I ticked the ‘do not contact’ box for all the estate agents, yet all 3 of them contacted me. One even called me on the phone the following morning - which happened to be a Saturday - at 8:30 am. This is unacceptable behaviour and I not going to use the services of that estate agent for sure.
