Scratch Boom Play they only have the certain artist on their site so Scratch them they don't support new coming artist

One thing I’ve noticed with boomplay for artist is poor customer service.

This is really not commendable for a big organization like Boomplay. For God sake you guys are serving the public , don’t tell us that you are too busy to respond to your clients. In 2025 every organization is thriving to satisfy their customers. You guys should create systems and employ more hands so you can better serve your customers. You should place serving the interest of your customers as priority.

You guys don’t respond to enquiries neither do you respond to messages on all your platforms.

Boomplay for Artists service that’s suppose to be within one week going by what you stated on the platform, but Artist ended up waiting for weeks into months with no response on their applications.

My worst experience is how you guys keep curating Artist songs on playlists that is non related. What’s the need of the artist providing all the necessary metadata of the song at the point of pitching for editorial playlists, if at the end you can’t simply add a Gospel song to a gospel playlist. And mind you the Artist is paying handsomely for this service and yet you trivialize it.
I’ve had this experience with Four of my artist, and when I wrote you guys,no response till date. This is very very bad of you guys.

Please you guys should correct all these it’s unfair. Boomplay do better pls

I don't see why everybody dosent like this website its easy to trust and you kan listen to the music you want. I havent got one add . The thing is there are more songs on spotify. I did'nt need to login if i used the website. I have an premium acount on spotify, so i prefer listenning there. And because all these people think bad about this website I don't know if it's super trustable.

SUMMARY: I think its a good website there are not adds and you dont need to sign up i give it a solid 4.

Why do I have to install the app to download a song...

They have the worst customer service when it comes to customer service for artist . My promotion was supposed to start on the 23rd after I have paid for silver package. Till now nothing has been done and they even reply you email. They look like scam to me . Even as big as spotify is they will always reply your mail and sort out your issues. They are the worst ever . Anything african don't care about you .
