They're only based in Kent. It took weeks to arrive. As I'd waited so long they said they'd dispatched to me by tracked mail a replacement order as a gesture of goodwill. The tracking number was the same as the original order. What a scam. I wrote to them but got no answer. Rubbish Cust service.
My booster gun stopped working and cannot get hold of them anymore.

Cool product. It‘s not very noisy. Very helpful to release tight spots and muscles.
This tool should be used by everybody ,i just got mine and tested and WOW i was delighted.
Tooked it to work and the feed back was positive from everybody .... There is no money that can pay your health and this a perfect exemple....
I was a bit worried about buying this Booster pro 2 as there was no recommendations from anybody. It’s turning out to be one best products I have ever bought. So impressed with the results after one week. Powerful and very quiet
I absolutely love this product! I have tried some of the more expensive brands and this is just as good! It’s perfect for after a crossfit competition or after a training session to release muscles. There are 3 different attachments, a handy carry case and two batteries!
Only criticism is that there are no instructions explaining what each attachment is designed for.

Thanks for your review Jules. BoosterLite which you got is a bit louder than BoosterPro2 as it doesn't have quiet engine technology in it. We will work on that in the future.
We received the parcel in good order.
There was a delay of 2 weeks, but to me it was not clear why there was a delay.

I've been using the percussion massager from Booster Lab for the last few weeks. I can truly say it has assisted my recovery time from my CrossFit sessions. I have no issues with the product and I highly recommend it to everyone wanting to relieve those tight muscles!
Best thing I have ever bought for massage and removing knots in your back or anywhere else.
Great different settings.

Could not find many reviews on this, but decided to have a go and order one from boosterlab.co.uk. Super happy with it and it’s way quieter than I thought it would be. Recommend to those who sit at the desk all day - such a lovely treat when I get home
I don’t leave reviews normally but this one deserves one. My friend has hypervolt while myself after some google’ing recently, (must admit with some fear) bought Booster. I have tried both of them and can say my booster feels not only more powerful but also was around 100£ cheaper. Win win - no brainer.
