Amazing services and prompt replies! Way better than the other companies fast professional and fun!!

Runs went very smooth and party lead was friendly. Only critique I could give was the wait was estimated at 45 min but had to add an additional 25 due to some hold up. While I know these things are unforseen at times it would be nice to get an update on how things are going during the wait.

They were very quick at running the dungeon, I was very pleased with how fast we went, there were times where I thought we were gonna wipe alot but nope these people really know what they are doing! I recommend them for future business.

Great service! I've used Primecarry several times and will continue to use them. The only constructive feedback I have is that you won't be able to learn instances or techniques while you are running through an instance. I hoped to pick up on pathing and pull styles although since I wasn't familiar with some of the instances I ended up dying a lot and had to stay at the entrance until they finished the instance.

The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because I spent a lot of money figuring this out for myself. Same thing happened for a Visions of N'Zoth. I died multiple times, in part because I'd never experienced group mode, also there were new mechanics I've never seen before even though I had a rank 6 cloak.

I recommend is to expand on the training and mentoring side of the business. Not all customers want to wait at the entrance while professions make light work of the instance.

I've used this service multiple times for both raids and M+ runs and the service provided has always been excellent.

I've run a few Mythic +15 with Primecarry and they have always been quick to get a group together and fun to run with. No problems finishing runs in time.

Boosters didnt really talk much. They did their job though. Honestly if you want someone to just carry you though and you dont have to do anything its nice.
