They blocked my imei number and blamed it on T-Mobile. T-Mobile blamed it on Apple now neither carrier will respond ever since I got Apple involved. They will block your sim after a few months with their service so you won’t be able to leave.

Former Republic customer here which…

Former Republic customer here which transferred to Boost. Loved Republic, Boost Infinite billing and services are horrible and possibly illegal. Explanation:
The Boost phone App used to review/change your services and see billing etc. has not worked since transferring over, and, Boost says they cannot fix it so I can't verify my charges and billings using the app.. Boost said only old Republic customers have this problem. Every month I was getting charged for services I DID NOT ORDER and called them to have them removed, including International calls, North American calls, and a hot spot. They said THEY COULD NOT REMOVE THE SERVICES, all they could only credit my account each month, if I call them.. After 3 months of this, I finally transferred my phone number over to Verizon, cancelled their Boost service, and Boost said after cancelling I will owe them for another month, and, they REFUSED TO DELETE my CREDIT CARD ON FILE after cancelling their service. Sound criminal to you? File criminal charges? Boost needs to be at minimal reviewed by BBB and FCC for compliance of regulations.

This service is such a SCAM

This service is such a SCAM. I got their service back in the beginning of November 2023. I got their infinite access plan for $60, which included the iPhone 15 pro.
Since the beginning the service was kinda bad, calls would drop and their internet service (whether 5G or LTE would be slow, everywhere I would be speeds of
15-50mbs). That was their fast speed part of the service.
Once I used up their 50gb like 10 days later. I could get 5mbs if I was lucky. Consequently, I decided to cancel service. Boostinfinite does an offer a 30-day money back guarantee (google Boostinfinite 30-day money back guarantee). I cancelled the service and immediately ported out at the 10 day mark. The very same day I sent the phone back to them (boost does not offer to pay for sending the phone back). I waited about a week after that, and my money did not come, so I called them.
Boost representative told me it was on the way. Follow up a week later they charged my credit card again. Now, just yesterday they made a charge of ~$250. I called them they can't explain it, so they will take it 10 business days to give me my money back. Here is the thing. Boostinfinite is supposed to have refunded me already ~$241 from the
30-day money back guarantee and the money they charged me before (they haven't). Boost has not returned a single penny. I call and they keep giving me this useless ticket numbers, I say useless because when you call and give it to them they just ignore you. Now this people have almost $500 of my money, that I do not know if they'll give me back. I contacted my bank, and my bank will do an investigation but I do not know where that will even get me. My advice is not to use their service at all. There are cheaper and better options out there. If you do business with this company they'll do everything to keep your money and never give it back. Only good thing I could say about them is that their customer service is quick and they are really nice. However, is not even close to worth the hassle once you find out the service is crap. I kno already lost to them, but do yourself a favor and do n fall for this scam of a company!

I just switched last month as I wanted…

I just switched last month as I wanted a new iPhone. There were some problems with delivery of the phone because they typed my address wrong. That was eventually worked out but I lost an entire week of my first billing month.

Now, I am missing phone calls. People text me and say they tried to call and it went directly to voice mail. I was sitting right next to my phone and it never rang. Today, I have tried to call someone and the call fails because of a poor signal. This happened 3 times. Apparently, this so called 3 network thing isn’t working out. Ready to ditch it already.

I'm a recent customer to Boost…

I'm a recent customer to Boost Infinite. I'm set up with auto pay, but they're not using this service to collect the funds from my debit card account and keep telling me that I need to pay my bill as they add on more charges. I talked to a customer service technician and after 45 minutes, he could find no reason why this was happening. I called my bank and they had no request for funds from this company. I'll have to try to pay this off and somehow cancel this crap. Don't waste your time and money with Boost Infinite!!

Lack of Customer Appreciation

This company needs to seriously change the way they view their customers. Just because I'm a current customer does not mean that I'll remain a customer; especially, after what I just went through.

To put things into perspective, if I could give them a zero star rating, I would. After all, I'm paying for a service that isn't even working. I've spent over 2 and a half hours, across 3 days, with customer service only to be told that a ticket will be created. The representative even told me that someone will reach back out to me within 48-72 hours. To make a long story short, the ticket was closed without any notification. Nobody reached out to me either regarding the solution to the ticket. When I followed up, I was told that the ticket was closed because there was not an issue with my wireless network. I thought this was rather strange considering that the new iPhone 15 Pro Max that I got from Boost Infinite says otherwise. I continue to get the SOS flag with no access to internet or phone calls. The issue is still present even though Boost Infinite's team told me that there is no problem. I don't know what to make of this.

When I request to speak with senior management, I was told that the highest level I can speak with is the escalation's manager. I've worked with two of these managers, and they couldn't resolve my problem. I was told by the second manager that I won't be able to speak to anyone higher up either because his position is the highest level any customer can speak to regarding these issues. Even if he was to escalate the issue to corporate, it'll be in the form of a ticket and does not guarantee that anyone will reach back out to me. Really? What kind of business will put their customers so low on the totem pole that senior management at corporate level will not listen? Are customers not important to a business these days?

The bottom line here is, I hope Boost Infinite will change the way they support their customers. As of current, their support system is lacking and not worth mentioning. I'm still without service and nobody is pursuing the root of the problem.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service, trapping my phone # from transferring elsewhere...

Transferred my (owned) phone number from number barn to test out Boost Infinite's service prior to bringing my business number over from Verizon. The cell/data service was great after a 6 plus month test drive. I was ready to transfer my phones from Verizon.

It's a great thing that they (Boost) screwed up the number porting with my Verizon number. Gave customer service my account & pin # for transfer. During the call with Boost Infinite, Customer Service Rep. says "We must let you know that it's rare but possible you may lose access for 24–48 hrs to calls and texts on the transferring number(s) until the porting is completed". This is a business line, I can't lose it for 15 mins. I stopped everything immediately, thankfully!

THIS PART IS THE MOST INTERESTING AND REASON TO NOT EVEN THING ABOUT TRANSFERRING TO THEM!!!

Been trying for 7–8 weeks now to port out my test drive phone number back to number barn. I need to get away from this company. The request keep getting rejected, over and over by Boost Infinite claiming wrong Customer Account number and/or Transfer Pin provided (I'm not the only person going through this). Boost Infinite were provided a signed Letter of Authorization by me and a copy of their (Boost) bill by Number Barn's service team. It is in my opinion that "they" Boost Infinite are trapping people using this run around to keep customers from returning or taking their business back to Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. Read the other reviews, talk to people on social media. This completely unprofessional company needs a house cleaning, and it's a shame the service is good, so is the price. You get what you pay for, though.
I'm contacting the FCC & my State Attorney General's office to file complaints.

Please avoid doing business with this…

Please avoid doing business with this company. I wanted to get a phone for my son for Christmas, but I was placed on military orders. Due to military orders, I was unable to activate the phone, therefore they charged me the entire amount of the phone, which was 1882. I attempted to contact customer service and management in the hopes that they would reverse the charges so that I could pay the monthly installments, but they refused, even though I wanted to activate it after 31 days. I offered to pay the remaining in installments, but that request was also denied. Untrustworthy company that does not support the military. I was hoping for a better experience

Company Can't Get it Together

I tried to set up an account online. It didn't work. There wasn't an explanation (now I know it's because I gave a PO Box address).

Today, I called customer service. After speaking to 4 different people and using 45 minutes of my time, I'm told their system can't verify my home address even though Amazon, Fed Ex and UPS all seem to find it with no problem. I lost my temper when they asked if they could ship the sim to my neighbor because they can verify that address.

If a company can't even figure out shipping, I don't want to trust my phone service to them.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience - with no resolution to date

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Boost Infinite that I feel compelled to share. My ordeal began when I ordered a phone via Amazon, only to discover that I couldn't add additional lines to my plan. In light of this, I decided to initiate a return.

Thinking I could have a smoother experience, I decided to give Boost Infinite a try directly. I placed an order for three phone lines, including two 15 Pro Max and one Pro model. However, immediately after completing the online order and making the payment, I realized I had mistakenly ordered two Pro phones and one Max. I immediately called Boost Infinite to request a correction in the order. To my dismay, I was told that it was too late to make any changes or cancel the order - this was just ten minutes after I had placed it online.

The only option left for me was to wait for the phones to be shipped and then go through the hassle of returning them. I did receive an email with a tracking number for the shipment, but a day or two later, I was informed that an exception had been added to the order, which meant that I never received the phones at all.

Throughout this ordeal, I reached out to Boost Infinite several times and was given numerous "ticket numbers." The final ticket was for a refund, which, as of today, I have not received. I was instructed to contact them via email at bc risk management. However, when I sent an email, I had to wait six days for a response, which didn't address my concerns at all. In fact, the response was contradictory to what several representatives had assured me earlier - that I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. The email response claimed that the "issue was identified and the 'order' was canceled," which made no sense to me.

My frustration has reached its peak, and I strongly advise against using Boost Infinite. They seem to be utterly incompetent when it comes to managing orders and resolving issues. As of now, I am still waiting for my refund of over $400, and I have yet to receive confirmation that my initial account via Amazon has been canceled.

In conclusion, my experience with Boost Infinite has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others considering their services.

Boost infinite trouble

Hello I was trying to switch to boost infinite. They mailed me out the phone and the SIM card did not work. The representative wanted me then to download another app from the app store. I told him I did not feel comfortable. Just to refund my phone and send me the return label. Grant it he proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for shipping. I told him I haven't had the phone for 24 hours and that the SIM card would not activate. He replied they would start the refund process and I would receive the shipping label within 3 days. I replied just for a simple email. This sounds a little off so I'm just writing about my dealings with them. I don't know if anyone else have had this issue

If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative zero I would. In September I received a message stating that I had been warned in June about terms of service violations. Some about going to texting chat line etc and something else about talking on the phone can't remember. But the problem was they could not tell me what term of service I had violated. I never received a warning in June. Customer service could not find anything in my account that stated I had violate Terms of service because I did use the phone to call anyone. I had 2 other phones. With in an hour I got a message stating that my services had been suspended telling me to call and port my number out. Didn't send me a number to call but an email. I immediately call customer service to see could they tell me anything they said no they had sent an email to whomever was responsible for suspending the service and it would take them 48 hours to get back to me.
If you have important emergency calls coming through think before you join this company. They say they had warned me June never received a warning. Customer service couldn't find a warning. Just think before you join them.

Terrible

I did not have any problem with the overall quality of phone calls. The data was ok in most areas but slow. Some areas where I live I could not get any data but no big deal. The problem I had that I have with so many companies these days is the absolutely terrible customer service. They lie to you to tell you what you want to hear, they transfer you from one person to another and make you constantly repeat yourself and still no results. I have been trying to cancel them for 2 months now and still can't get through to them and they still keep trying to charge my debit card. They refuse to or don't know how to transfer your phone number to another company. I personally know 2 other people who have had similar problems with them. I strongly suggest everyone stay away from Boost Infinite!

Where to even start...beginning with…

Where to even start...beginning with being notified at the end of August that I needed to immediately install the SIM card that I never received or I would lose service (and then losing service). Having NO phone or text or data service when traveling internationally recently (after I set it up beforehand, paid for it, and specifically confirmed it would work in the country I was traveling to). Being told they could not "justify" giving me a refund because their records showed I used the service that I was not able to use. Strange and illogical responses to my question about confusing billing. In every answer there was a subtle or not-so-subtle implication that I did something wrong. Worse even than the problems themselves is the gaslighting and contradictory and confusing statements and lack of basic humanity.

This company has a poor accounting…

This company has a poor accounting system. They were unable to activate one of two phones I purchased. The phone that could not be activated was returned. A new phone was purchased with a new phone number. They continued to bill me for the line that could not be activated. I called them 4 times with my concern and each time I was told the account had been corrected. Today my service which I have paid regularly was disconnected. When I contacted Boost Infinite I was told they would put in a ticket, but it was going to be 24 to 48 hours before my service was restored.
