Hi I bought some stuff from RiverIsland though this side on7th January .they took my money by card .afterthat I received confirmation.I didn’t receive anything till today.

We took up the order Battlemaster-the deadline was from 2 to 4 months . After 6 months, even 50% of the required achievements were not fulfilled and the operator had to admit that unfortunately they could not fulfill the order . It was decided to make a refund-this conversation was during the new year holidays-so I waited until February . After that, after each of my request, I was asked to wait from 4 days to a week-as the refund should be confirmed by one of the managers . Now the June -I still haven't got the my money, and apparently I never will.
