Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for well over ten years (it was Countdown) but I had suddenly discovered that my account had been suspended and with no forewarning. I only discovered this when I'd logged onto my account to top up my reloadable gift cards (grocery shopping) because the balance was getting low. There was a message saying an email had been sent but one had never been received. Have been told that the company are carrying out Know Your Customer checks and consequently needed ID. Since begrudgingly sharing a photo of the requested ID, I've heard nothing and no replies to my many emails. Nice - block customers account, force them to send over personal ID, then ignore your customer and keep their accounts locked. Is this a scam to get hold of people's ID? Trying to phone today - there was a message saying they are in training until 11:30 am tomorrow!! Looking back through previous reviews here, I see many other customers have encountered the same problem - weeks ago!

As others have mentioned, this company is slimy and unethical. They rebanded from "peoplevalue" recently, and when doing so added a 12 month expiry on earned cashback to their terms and conditions.
They have used this new rule to remove cashback earned before it was in place from my account. (This also does not add up, as cashback earned over the course of a year all expired on the same day.)
Users who only accessed their accounts through the android app (like myself) were also never informed of the new terms or prompted to accept them.
I had to go through a lot of faff to purchase and use the vouchers in order to earn this cashback, only to have the company steal it from me.
Customer service seems to be full of NPCs who just reiterate that the 12 month expiry is now in the terms and conditions so they won't help.
Assuming this is somehow legal, it's an incredibly unethical business practice. I will be avoiding cashback schemes from this company in the future.

New company benefits provider, ordered a supermarket reloadable gift card middle of May, activated it on the site on 25th May says it will take up to 4 days, its now 16days on and despite contacting them 3 times via email its still not working. Its totally unacceptable, the emails back just tell you they are sorting it but obviously they are not or it would be working. Given the current financial crisis you would think they would act faster. They have in essence had a significant amount of my hard earned money for over a month!

They worked quickly and effectively so that I did not lose the balance that I had accumulated last year! And I am forever grateful! Very poor service. I have an issue where my direct debit was taken and the money has not been loaded to my reloadable Tesco card. This has gone on for 3 weeks now and although the people on switchboard try to be polite I have seen no action or the emails back which I was promised. I will raise a formal as soon as I find the correct way of doing it which I feel is being kept from me.
Very unhappy and frustrated!
Update, I have received an email from boostworks saying the problem is solved (I’m yet to check) for this I am thankful and I hope that the learning to come from this is better communication and that the ops teams follow through on commitments they make like sending emails and so forth.?

I've used this platform for years through my work and made some amazing savings on things I was going to be buying anyway. It recently switched over to Boost Works and I had the same positive experience as before until I tried to purchase a gift card which never arrived after taking payment. Fortunately after a phone call everything was refunded within a few days and the person on the phone was very helpful. Leaving 4 stars rather than 5 as I was a but disappointed that the error happened in the first place, but was very happy that everything was resolved so quickly.

Disgraceful service. I purchased £300 worth of Argos vouchers on Thursday and it said instant delivery. It is Saturday and I have received nothing.
I called on Thursday but they had a training day and were not available on the phone all day. What kind of incompetent company is this? I don't blame the front line staff. The owners of the company should be barred from running any companies again. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I spoke to someone on Friday and they said I would receive a refund on Friday or Monday. I definitely want a refund and will never deal with this company again. I had to purchase my goods because it was urgent and thus have had to pay for the goods. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU FRAUDS!
The company sells vouchers but the irony is they don't sell anything! They just take your money and sit on it for a few days gaining interest and then issue you a refund. I think this is their business model. Take millions from people, gain interest for a few days to pay an income to the owners and then refund the money back. I do not think they possess vouchers and are just making it up. Looks like a scam to me.
Rather than making your front line staff undergo training why don't you make the owners undergo a level 1 certificate in customer service or a GCSE in business studies?
I hope this company closes down soon.
