Get scammed and dont get my money back... because i want to get my momey back my acc. get bannd. When i write with the support what i can do when a artist disapear because they say talk to the artist it feels like... okay we get the money but not our problem

They are scammers their TOS says NO refund, they take auto payments from paypal you are not protected! do not trust this website! they are scammers. The website itself steals money from artists as said below.

please refund me boosty i lost $85 USD to a scammer on this website. and never got what i paid for.

DO NOT USE. Russian scammers. Moved a decimal point and charged me $600 for a $60 commission, and because it's charged through PayPal as a "donation", sketchy as heck, you get no buyer protection. When I complained, they replied that complaints were a violation of their terms of service and locked my account, then lied to the artist and said I had refused a refund. They also took the money from the artist and charged them a fee, and intended to keep all the money. I had to go through my bank to get it back. It easily could have been $6000 instead. DO NOT USE.

i have "donated" -100 euros for scammer boosty. I playing pc in home, and get notification from bank (donationalerts amsterdam 50.73 (x2)). Boosty dont asking 3d secure. At the moment i dont using donationalerts/boosty.

I'm using this service since 2022 when "all things" started. Already received with this service a lot of payments and had a problem only once when some customer accidentally tried to make chargeback.
Yes, the service isn't perfect, but always trying to help their authors.

I and my friend learn music from a young Russian girl, she used to have a lot of students before the Russo-Ukraine war but you know what happened. We were also good friends with her so we kept in touch and among mutual friends, a news was the we could use this service to donate to artists or teachers or friends as you can call it. The first few donations went well as they were less than $200 but next month I tried to send her music tuition fee which crossed $200 (because I was paying for both myself and my friend) and they immediately seized the money and didn't pay out the Donee/Author (our music teacher), they started asking her numerous questions via email and since she travels a lot to perform with her band, she could not always answer immediately but managed in 1-2 days. They took advantage of this and despite her answering all their questions and having a verified external profile, they stopped responding to her. After 2 weeks of this, I started emailing them requesting them to release the money if she had satisfied their questions but they said they had additional questions which again she answered but they stopped responding. I went to and fro to persuade them to release the money but they kept refusing. I asked for a reversal of charges but they cited their rule that I could not ask for a refund from the Author, however they had not even released the money to the Author so there was no question of her refunding me, rather I was asking money back from them who actually held my money and their Terms clearly state that they are not a party to it as it's between me and the Author. Finally they stopped responding even to me despite I having notified about my intention to take legal steps. Basically now it has been 22 days that they have stolen money from both our music teacher and myself on the basis of Terms and Conditions which they themselves are not a party to. Such is their blatant thievery that despite mentioning legalities, they remain shamelessly confident that people cannot do anything. I obviously have to undertake the trouble of criminal complaints now across international borders but this review is a warning to those who wish to trust them. Don't.

This site has no protection for the customer. I’ve gotten scammed by people selling commissions and/or adoptables and theirs is no way of getting a refund, if you try to dispute it they’ll just block your card and account.
This time I was going to commission my favorite artist I’ve been working with for almost 3 years and respect the so much. I “donated” 200$ for the commission but it popped up saying that the payment didn’t go through so once again, try to send the 200$ and this time it works. Little did I know that the first attempt ALSO worked. So I ended up sending a total of 400$. Both me and the artist contacted the website for a refund yet they said the refunds are not possible even if the payment was an error.
So even if this Boosty themselves caused this error and took my money when they said the payment didn’t go through they will not give you a refund.
Horrendous company and website. Don’t use it if you can, try and find another way to support your artist that don’t involve supporting this website

I don't recommend to use their service. Very inexperienced support, which is not trying to keep the customer long-term and not trying to understand the root cause of the issue. You will have a better luck talking to ChatGPT. Specifically I had an issue with the payment and ended up with locked account. I contacted the content creator, which also hasn't received the funds. Luckily the content creator has resolved the issue outside of the platform.

waited too long them to respond and they said to withdraw $600 wait 90 DAYS because IT WAS SUSPICIOUS? I wanted to know what is suspicious, what I did wrong? They never answer. This is awful. I have expenses and I need this money. LOOKS LIKE A SCAM.

Hello! strange things on these site, i had 1 sub and acc without content and they just blocked me with my 200$ waited for answer 4 days and got these.. how i can answer on their lame's questions?...

me:Good day, I received a donation on 12/20/22 at 08:39 there was not even an attempt to withdraw to the card, earlier if there were problems-error or an error, no notifications were received by mail either..
and they say:

hmm lol? tf? also i tried new acc, and person donate me... they took another 100$ and sub 50$... but i can't even see in any notifications or email...pfffff empty acc but money lost somewhere? hehe?
P.S anyway they hold my 250 $ for 90 days... because they are so bad! new rules and terms almost every day :) looks like a total scam... they said i have to post content there and i should found more followers then they will unblock my money hehe... but anyway 3 month? for no reason? omg... do not use these platform if you are adult model!
P.S they unblocked me after month maybe... i been waiting too long and support was like he didn't liked to help me but from some try they got me and give my money back too... that's all, for creators!
