Customer service an absolute disgrace

Customer service an absolute disgrace. Claim that there boot liners are fully tailored asked for a picture of the car boot before we’d got the car so we asked to cancel but she was pushy and insistent she was making it anyway. Arrives the day after terrible flimsy material even though the strong material was ordered. Awful not fitting that in my new car. When asked to return they don’t take returns because their items are ‘custom made’ custom made rubbish is what they are. Avoid at all costs. They’re a nightmare to deal with.
