I received a broken product
I received a broken product, probably an accident, however it was something i needed urgent, don t order from them if you re in a rush.
The product was textile, if it was already packed i don’t see how the courier could have ripped it.
I noticed it was broken when i tried using it for the first time, a couple of days after it arrived. If you deliver quick, it s not helping me at all if i receive the product and i can’t use it
Calling you wouldn’t have solved anything, i needed the item, not a refund

1. We verify all the products before we send them.
2. All the products are packed in their box and then put in another box.
So this should be the courier fault and in that case, you should have told us right away (via phone, email, or any other available way) so we could open a claim to the courier (you must provide us a photo).

You ordered on: 20.12 at 2.30pm
We shipped the order on: 20.12 at 7pm
So we shipped the order in less than 5 hours from the moment when you placed the order.
So, blaming and giving us 1 star rating for something which is not in our control, instead of calling us and solve the problem... considering that we shipped the order as fast as we could and the product was well packed…

We said that we delivered it quickly because you said "don t order from them if you re in a rush"
Just as an idea, we do not exclude the possibility but of course we do have some doubts that it was ripped because we would see if it has any flaw. Why? Because the product doesn't come in the box by default / from factory (the packging is received separated by us and we pack it). However, this is not important, the important thing is that you should call us and we would send you a replacement right away or money back in max. half an hour.
PS: if you have time, please provide us a photo with the product to better understand where was ripped.
