Disappointing Experience with Boots…
Disappointing Experience with Boots Ireland Online. This is the third time I have experienced problems with a simple online order for collection at a Boots Ireland store.On this occasion, the order never arrived and, even after an entire month, Boots was still "looking into" the issue rather than providing a resolution. I was also advised that a refund was being processed, yet I continued to have to chase for updates and confirmation. While I understand that issues can occur, what matters is how they are resolved. In this case, the prolonged delays, lack of clear communication, and inability to bring a straightforward order to a conclusion were disappointing. After three separate negative experiences with Boots Ireland Online, I no longer have confidence in the service and will not be using it again.

Was quite shocked to realize that free delivery is now only over €100, it was previously free over €40. Even "collection" has a charge! Sorry Boots, you're not a necessity.
Cost of products is similar to other retailers. It probably worth looking elsewhere for what you need and supporting smaller business.

We understand why this change is frustrating. New EU customs charges of €3 per item now apply to some low-value parcels entering Ireland from outside the EU. As the total cost can vary depending on the number of items ordered, Boots Ireland has changed its free home delivery threshold while continuing to absorb the majority of the additional costs.
To keep delivery charges clear and predictable, home delivery is free on boots.ie orders of €100 or more and €5 on orders below €100. Click & Collect remains free when you spend €25 or more.

Such a frustrating experience dealing with Boots.ie. Possibly the worst customer service I have seen in a while. I placed an order on October 16th - for click and collect at my local store. It was due to arrive by October 21st. It still has not arrived and I cannot get in contact with Customer Service. The Irish number tells me it’s no longer working and although I emailed a few days ago, I am getting no response there either. I will be more careful about ordering from a company I can actually get in contact with in the future.
