Ordered a pair of Ugg Tasman slippers. They came up at the top of the Google search. The item in the picture has a logo, the “Tasman” name and a retail value of $120(same as Ugg).
What comes is a pair of cheaply made
Knockoffs, with no logo anywhere. The company asks me to pay more $$ to send it back and ultimately tells me that they never promised Uggs, and they sent me what I ordered. Be careful what you order from them.. none of their products are the real thing, or of good quality

Need a zero stars option! Ordered Uggs Tasman slippers in early December with an estimated arrival date of December 16-26. They arrived on January 7th and couldn’t be more fake!!!! Will definitely dispute the charge with credit card company.

I ordered a pair of slippers on 12/1/22, the Boots & Booties site guaranteed that the item would arrive by Christmas, it did NOT and furthermore is not here yet on 12/29/22.
My bank noted that the company has been on the alert list as a fraud! The owner of "BOOTS & BOOTIES" is Mahmoud Abed, address is PO Box NW10, in London U K.
When I ask for a refund I was told the company doesn't give refunds.
I have been defrauded of $79.97.
Companies selling on-line must guarantee delivery! Very disappointed! What else can I do?
