Total scam don't use. Been waiting months for delivery. Comms from them by email is very delayed with courier excuses. Requested refund but never got it back.
Avoid!!

I know a lot of people have had bad experiences with Bootskick, and honestly if I had checked reviews before buying, I would not have done it. But somehow my stupid gamble paid off. I got the addidasXGucci sneakers for 125euros and suspected they would be fake. But they turned out to be very high quality and I love them! I have inspected them inside and out, compared with the genuine ones online, and if they are fake, they are very good fakes.

Would I buy from this website again? Probably not based on the other reviews here and seems too risky, but just sharing my experience that was actually very positive.

Placed an order for trainers in November and received a fake adidas T shirt instead. Complained and was told they would be re sent. It’s now March and no sign of my trainers.

Have been completely ignored by customer services.

This is a complete con!!

I placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago!… I’ve chased 3 times for an update regarding my delivery but have not received any replies.. my fear is that my order will never arrive…

Not sure what to do next???

Have been waiting nearly 3 months for an order to arrive despite chasing up on several occasions. I would avoid buying anything from this company as there is obviously an issue, as others have mentioned.

Do not bye from this site completely a scam we work to hard for are money to give to these scum bags...

Complete Scam Avoid AVOID

Exact same story as others - ordered early December and no delivery. I followed up numerous times and then after 2 months they said it was attempted but they had the wrong address even though address on my order is correct. I requested a refund and was told they’ll process it between 8-15 days. I am now taking up with my bank.

Ordered an item mid November its now the end of January, never received it. Sent in a complaint was told the address was wrong even the address was correct on my receipt. Requested a refund was told it takes up to 15 business days. Still not revive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered from this site in November 2024, it’s now nearly 2months and I still don’t have my items, I’ve contacted them several times and nothing has been resolved. I have now taken it up with my bank and hoping to get my money back. Like all the other reviews this company is a scam.

Total scam. Do not buy. I ordered shoes and received a tee shirt - men’s XL that I didn’t order.

Very bad experience, seems to be fraud. Haven‘t got the shoes I‘ve ordered….

They sent me a DHL tracking No. that does not exist!

This company is fraudulent, they are selling fake Gucci / Adidas trainers. They will not offer refunds to anything that is reduced, but ALL their products are “ reduced” so no point even stating this. It took 6 weeks for the trainers to arrive, they were obviously cheap copies. After several emails to someone called “Olivia” they agreed to accept them back to an address in Ireland. I had to pay custom fees on top. The trainers have disappeared into nowhere and I am still owed the money, I don’t think Olivia exists. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Ordered sneakers on sale. Could not be returned due to the sale. My Mastercard had to be blocked by the bank as Bootskick had tried to deduct the amount for the item several times.
The company that withdraws the money is called Sportsfyou, Swords, from Ireland. The package had been sent from Germany.
I received the item I ordered, therefore 2 stars.

I would be cautious - this seems very very similar to a site which was taken down called ‘Boostkicks’ - the trainers that arrived seemed to be fakes - initially they declined a return as a sale item (everything on the website seems to be a sale item) after a couple of emails ‘Olivia’ gave me an address in Ireland (although the email date/heading seemed to be in Latvian) to return them to at my own expense (another £50!) - the parcel was returned as ‘not known at this address’ and subsequent emails not answered. I would not buy from them
